After looking for a sofa for months, not happy with the poor quality and service at the main companies like dfs or sofology. Never thought we would be able to afford such quality that they sell here, in addition Marco was super professional, knowledgeable, fair and very honest. Absolute gem of a sofa outlet and the staff are a credit.

We initially responded to an amazing deal on a Natuzzi Arezzo triple cinema seating setup offered via their outlet store. Wonderful luxurious seating with powered recline and headrest adjustment ,cup holders, storage and usb charging points. We’ve added rechargeable lamps and cushions but these are mainly for display as the sumptuous seating is fine as is.

Whilst at the store a riser/recliner chair was recommended as the comfiest chair of this type so after trying it we purchased that one too at a great price for the spec. It now sits in a new Therapy room in my house. I’m disabled with poor lung function and specific needs.

The chair is extremely comfortable with different adjustment settings to suit my needs. These include rising to help me out of chair, with separate powered leg rest and reclining back to many different levels (beyond horizontal), powered lumbar and headrest adjustment. That’s 4 separate motors by my reckoning.

We received excellent service from Marco and Nicky, who suggested the chair when we initially explained my requirements. She showed us the different functions and how to use them.
As soon as I sat on the chair I discovered just how comfortable it was. Supportive but not too firm. When fully reclined, it is great to sleep on. Also I’m advised by health professionals to keep my feet/legs raised when’re possible, which is easy to achieve using this chair.

It has so many options I’m spoiled for choice. 
Not only that, It looks really good and fits into my room beautifully.

The new Sofa Max store in Church is absolutely amazing. It is full of really high end, quality pieces at excellent prices. The service is second to none. Staff are really knowledgeable about their products and very helpful. The guys held some furniture for me for a couple of months whilst I was moving. They took care of it really well. When I came to collect the furniture it was extremely well packaged and have been very well looked after. The staff were really kind and helpful. It is definitely worth a visit - the new showroom is beautiful. The quality of the furniture is fantastic, prices are really reasonable and the service is excellent. Highly recommended.

One of the best shopping experiences in a furniture shop. The salesperson Ash got it just right, was not pushy at all, attentive and gave great advice.
On top of everything the prices were great!

Honestly this was the best experience we had ever had, at a sofa shop. We drove all the way from Hampshire to Accrington, near Manchester. We had booked an appointment prior to our arrival, as we were looking for two new sofas.

Macro looked after us from start to finish. He was exceptional in this knowledge and the way he handled us for the 4 hours we were in the shop. I would highly recommend. From the start to the delivery of the sofas they looked after us. Thank you

Absolutely brilliant !

I bought a fabulous Natuzzi sofa which is spectacularly gorgeous, together with a stunning wing back chair and two extremely comfortable beds.

Quality wise everything is top notch.

Ash and the team couldn’t be more helpful, they kept my furniture in storage for almost 5 months due to delays on my house renovations.

The delivery guys were extremely courteous and helpful.

I can’t speak highly enough of Sofa Max, not just fabulous furniture and service, the combination of cost and quality is first class.

Update ..... I went back again on 22nd June, bought a very on-trend LED floorlamp and large wall mirror. Again, faultless service and quality is exceptional.

Found sofa max online, as we don't live on the mainland.
I ordered the LaZboy 2 seat and 2 chairs, spoke with Ash explaining that it needs to be wrapped securely as it was coming to the Isle of Man via a shipping courier. Ash arranged for me to have photographs sent by email before and after the wrapping process and I even received photos when the suite was delivered to my couriers depot.
The whole process was hassle free, the only thing I had to worry about was if the colour matched my decor, as it's hard to judge online. It turned out to be even better than I thought!
When the suite arrived at my home, our delivery boys even mentioned that it's the best wrapped suite they'd ever handled.
If you're looking for a hassle free experience with top quality furniture and service, then I highly recommend SofaMax.

All great things to say about sofamax. From ordering the staff were great, we were told 12 weeks and it was 12 weeks and 1 day.The delivery men were the best ever ,very polite,happy,and covered their shoes before entering the house. Would definitely recommend .well done. Happy 😃 customer Thankyou.

I’ve got to say that this is one of the best shops I’ve ever purchased from.
The service from Tim and the other staff was first class when I visited the showroom. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything with no staff standing over me with the hard sell.
I placed the order and left it with the lads until I was ready to take delivery. Once ready the lads delivered it (again 1st class service) and set it out in the house.
The products themselves are tremendous I only wish I’d found Sofamax a year ago before purchasing another settee.
Since my purchase a few months ago I’ve recommended to my friends as I know what they get will be great, but also that they will be looked after.
I have since purchased another suite as I was made up with my first batch.
100% recommend.

I was looking for a pair of sofas which had to have comfort, style and the wow factor, went to so many shops and they all kept showing me old fashioned sofas as I am an old dear. But I wanted a modern sofa with comfort style and a wow factor. I was so glad to find a large number of sofas in sofamax, very modern and spacious showroom with a large number of Italian stylish brands. I found the perfect sofa in the Francoferri Italia range, most comfortable extremely stylish and it has the wow factor. The staff in Acrington store were great, made me a lovely cappuccino and let me have a good look around.I love my sofas thanks to all the staff at Sofamax. 5 stars for your sofas and service, highly recommended.

Was surprised at what was on offer,great range.No one following you about which happens at Taskers.Can`t fault Ash for looking after us,would recommend this place to anyone.
