We ordered 22 made to order sofas, with a tight turnaround for a hotel project we were working on. Sofasway managed to deliver these quickly, with good communication and the sofas are excellent quality, we are really pleased with the service provided.

They were hugely helpful replying and even calling on WhatsApp to help me measure for the sofa I was interested in. The delivery was also really quick.
That is the only part of a £1900 purchase I can give a star to. The delivery was quick initially but ended up being a rushed job because they were running late. Delivery people left the units packaged in the middle of the room and demanded I sign something to say id inspected the furniture and was happy - but they wouldn’t wait for me to do that or help me to unpackaged it or assemble. I said I would sign for delivery but not to approve the quality as they weren’t allowing me the opportunity to inspect it or even see it. They left.
The image of the sofa I purchased was clearly AI or a prototype that was different to the sofa I was sent. The base sofa cushions were solid and thin and if I sit on the edge of a cushion I’m basically sitting on the cheap frame of the sofa. The back of the sofa base seems higher than the front therefore it’s like you’re always being tilted forwards. The back sofa cushions are completely different to the photo image too, not to mention don’t align front and base, being the wrong sizes and mismatch (not measured properly when made). The arms are basically MDF with material over them and no cushioning.
The wrong size side cushions were sent and 7 weeks later a new pair arrived, after the first delivery was apparently lost, also the wrong size (going off the advert of the sofa I thought I was buying).
I questioned the quality and the authenticity of the purchase, given the plump full cushions on the image online looked nothing like the sofa I was delivered, and I was met with “we made it to measure so it will look different”. Whilst my measurements did mean the sofa would be around 10cm shorter in length, that doesn’t explain how the filling, cushions, colour and overall look and quality of the product is different to the advertisement. The sofas description was soft and luxurious and it is anything but. The sofa is incredibly uncomfortable, and every person who has seen it and sat on the sofa not only agrees but is absolutely horrified when I tell them how much it cost me. £1900!!!
I intentionally chose a small business over a mass retailer because that’s how I prefer to spend my hard earned money but I’m absolutely appalled by the quality of this. I would pay £600 in ikea and find more comfort and authenticity / likeness to their advertisement. I was hesitant to buy online but seeing these reviews, and chatting to the team, I felt reassured. Having received this sofa and spending so much money for something so unsatisfactory, I will never buy online again. To have not had responses or solutions is deeply disappointing and terrible customer service when I’m so dissatisfied at such expense. Sorry to have had such a negative experience considering others seem to have had the opposite.

Great service! Delivered and put together in our upstairs lounge within a week of ordering the sofa.

Could improve on communication just a little bit, HOWEVER, having said that my experience when ordering the sofa, the people are super friendly and lovely. The delivery was amazing and the delivery driver was also super friendly and nice! Most importantly I am very very pleased with the product it was easy to mount and not too heavy. I will look to purchase another sofa from this company again soon!

Sofa is fantastic, great value for money, the delivery was very quick, and they gave me a sensible time to indie for the delivery. All in all, can’t recommend them enough.

Had my sofa delivered today, after a little blip over delivery the guy sorted it for me very quickly. Lovely sofa, would recommend!

First of, what a wonderful comfortable couch. Met all my expectations and more. It’s a beautiful comfortable, soft fabric with a perfect design which can be changed in so many ways 🩷
The experience was so easy, communication was there and although I was extremely picky and sent lots of messages, I felt so comfortable to ask questions, measurements I wanted the couch and explain what I wanted exactly down to fabric, stain proof and design and didn’t feel brushed off or pressured to go with any couch, they promised it would be that and the couch that came was better than I ever imagined 🥰😍 everybody has commented on how gorgeous and wonderful the couch is!
Considering all this, the couch was made and confirmed delivered within the week. So quick and fast.
The guys delivered on day they said and put the couch together and the couch was delivered on the day they said, no issues at all with that.
This is my first ever time getting a couch that I’ve picked for myself & I would never go anywhere else other than sofasway now as the whole experience was just stress free, easy and every step there was communication. I would recommend 10000x time over to everyone

AVOID THIS COMPANY

We’ve had nothing but problems with this company , customer services-forget it non existent constantly being fob off and ignored
We brought a sofa from these 1st one delivered wasn’t even the one we ordered after waiting 3 weeks for delivery, after numerous phone calls and texts we finally get the one we ordered with the courier turning up at 1am , that said sofa lasted less then a month before it started to lean to one side and the recliner section clicking every time you try to open so again after multiple calls and texts we get it replaced, less then 1 month this sofa being the 3rd one has started to fall apart !!! Bearing in mind I’ve paid nearly £700 I fully expect it to last longer then 30 days …so yet again after more chasing and texts I get told my warranty is only valid for 30 days so now I’m having to get trading standards involved along with my solicitor too ,so please heed my advice and AVOID what seems like a great deal will give you little more then a head ache

Be very suspicious of the good reviews as owner tired to pay me to not leave this feed back to which I won’t be bribed for a very terrible service and sofa !!

Sofa was delivered in 2 weeks after a few rearrangements due to the courier but overall very pleased with the sofa, very roomy, well made and comfortable

Went in just for a browse. Good decent furniture. Of all shapes and sizes. Great customer service. Highly recommended

Ordered my sofa it was delivered within 2 weeks , I have a 3 story house with the living room upstairs (I would not have been able to take it up myself ) they were very helpful took the sofa upstairs for me helped me unbox my sofa. The sofa is great quality , and I don’t actually realise until it arrived it has built in charging ports wireless charging disc and built in speakers absolutely amazing I am so happy with it. Looks very smart in my living room. Delivery staff were very polite and helpful I received a message 2 days before delivery which is great and rang on the day with a time slot very impressed will definitely be ordering another to add to my living room soon highly recommend sofaway thank you

john brooks. corner sofa unit £699. after 3 reminder texts finally came 4 weeks late,opened packages to find they had sent correct sofa but wrong cushion type after sending many texts and pictures they finally admitted it was there mistake and they would arrange to change the cushions for the correct ones. days and weeks went by and after many text messages by us they finally arrived to change over the cushions,while the delivery driver was still here we quickly opened the new packaging to find there were 3 cushions missing,the driver explained he was only the transporter and i would have to deal with customer service. well here we go again ! text messaging again, they accepted responsibility and would post them on. guess what no cushions!!! after another 5 weeks and 12 more texts and every excuse possible ie we will post them today,they are in the post,they must be lost,i will send you more i will track them, ect ect still no cushions. To be fair the sofa and cushions we have recieved are of good quality and we are very pleased with them. customer and after sales service are absolutely the worst i have ever experienced, therefore i would not use them again and would definitely not recommed them.

The sofa arrived very fast (the next day), the sofa was very nice and comfortable. The quality is very good and is worth spending money on.

Very easy to order online and was contacted the next day with pictures so I could see the colours in real life to be sure I wanted the colour I chose. Delivery only took a few days even though stated 1-2 weeks. I was kept up to date regularly on the day of delivery by the drivers to tell me how long they would be. The delivery men were very friendly and helpful they brought it into the space I wanted it. The sofa-bed was very easy to build and instructions were very easy to read. The sofa-bed is absolutely beautiful and a really good size. It is very comfortable as a sofa and as a bed. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends as the service and products are fantastic and very reasonably priced.

The delivery was at 10pm wished it was during the day but I love my sofa im going to buy another in the next few weeks the delivery men was nice they kept me updated by calling me

This 2 and 3 seat leather sofa set is great value for money. The delivery guys were super helpful and friendly. I don’t usually write reviews, but I’m really satisfied with this purchase and the delivery service.

Just received my sofa tonight. It's very beautiful and super comfy. So impressed. Delivery drivers were lovely also and very friendly.
