I want to share my deeply frustrating experience with Sofex. I requested a refund within 24 hours of subscribing — well within their stated 14-day window — and was told via Discord that I'd receive it within the week due to Stripe not processing refunds over the weekend.

Instead, I later received a completely contradictory response, saying my refund was denied because my transaction was “high-risk” and that I didn’t connect the tool to an exchange or “use” the product. The logic here is completely backward: of course I didn’t connect it — I tested it via the interface, ran a backtest, and realized the strategy wasn’t compelling enough to move forward with. That’s what a trial/refund window is for.

They essentially penalized me for not risking real money on a product I found unsatisfactory — all while ignoring their initial promise of a refund.

This whole interaction felt evasive and disingenuous, and now I’m stuck chasing down a refund I was told I’d receive. Beware.

⭐ The latest message I received from Sofex on Discord was:

“Hey, this week by what I got from Stripe.
No refunds over the weekend so expect it from Stripe in your account this week.”
Since then, they’ve stopped responding to my follow-up messages. The reply they posted here has nothing to do with this conversation. They’re just trying to justify themselves publicly without actually addressing what they previously told me or following through with the refund they said was already in process.

Been working with Sofex for many months now and I am extremely impressed with everything that they do. Their algorithms are extremely profitable and their customer service is top notch. Sofex has been a breath of fresh air in what is a jungle of different algo services. Their BTC and ETH strategies are sophisticated and very effective. In contrast to a lot of other services out there, Sofex's strategies are great at filtering out false market moves during sideways phases. Great stuff!

I've been using sofex's algos for a long time now and i can honestly say it's been great. The team is super helpful, the product works great. Nothing else to add.

Tried tons of algo trading strats, and so far this is the most reliable one with steady profits. The developer guy is also super nice! Definitely worth a try. I am planning to stick to it on long term.

I have been using the algorithms for about 4 months and have yet to have a month at a loss. Of course, I will monitor it closely but so far I have received everything that has been advertised and more.

Amazing product, service and most importantly customer care.
I am alway searching for the holy grail algorithm and i can finally say this might be it.
I always try to find something working in the long run, so at first i was obviously skeptical about the history, but when i asked for more specific they were very kind and helped me understand the software better so i fall in love with it.

From when i started i always found the support to be excellent and on point. So kind also that due to some issue from my end they extended my subscription to allow me to make up some losses.

Most people try to make absurd percentages but they don't realise that even if it might last a couple of times eventually they will lose it.
As of today i am using the algo since 52 days and witnessed 7Win/11 BTC and 13Win/18 ETH operations for a total of +20%.

I love the alorithm for delivering around 8-10% profit on spot, but I’m using it for futures, which even once gave me +90% of deposit in a single month whil teh market was bleeding.

I am using Sofex since March 2024, occasionally for manual trading with adjustment of SL and TP to existing reasonable levels, but mostly I'm using the algo for an auitomated trading on a separate subaccount.
It consistently delivers around 70% winrate which is difficult to achieve even for experienced traders. It does have stop losses so you may use even huge leverages like x100 taking into account there's a consistent winrate and both loss and profit are fixed size.
I recommend.

i was hesitating at the beginning. the price is not the cheapest on the market but they have some nice offers from time to time. so took my chances, grabbed a discount code and started my sofex journey in february. i had a very good start and my subscription fee paid off almost immediately within a few weeks - since then i continue to make profits and I am using them now for more than 3 months and the subscription fee has more than paid off. So far really happy with their product and hope it will continue the same way as it has started.

Since i started trading with sofex 6 months ago, I have been profitable and I strongly recommend their services. The support team has always been there to help and I’ve yet to have an issue with trade execution.

Usually I wouldnt trust my money to algoriths, considering the amount of scams and underwhelming alogs on the internet. Sophex bots however has done nothing but outperform the market, even with low volatility. Very solid team, even more solid computing behind, so I’ve been nothing but happy.
