Jake was fantastic in helping us place our order for the Marvella sofa & swivel chair. He was very friendly & attentive. He explained everything thoroughly & was very patient

The lady looked after us 100% she was very kind and patient to help us find what we were looking for and explained the process fully to us. We were offered a cup of tea or coffee, this was the best sofa buying experience I have had.

Lee and Jake were excellent- they weren’t pushy and once we were interested in buying they were eager to explain everything in detail, clearly and in a friendly way.

Staff allowed us to browse at our leisure without any pushy sales tactics.
This approach was appreciated as we have walked out of other stores as the staff were following us.
Advice given was excellent.

Fantastic service from everyone. Made to feel welcome whilst we browsed and tried almost every sofa. A nice coffee offered and some biscuits for the kids.

I visited the Cardiff showroom and was immediately struck by how calm and welcoming it was. Staff all said hello and directed me to all the places I could find sofa beds within the store. Checking in along the way but in a very unobtrusive way - I never felt pressured at all. Jake gave me all the information I needed and I felt well informed when I left the store to think about my decision. I went online to help me decide - looked at finance options and made some comparisons. I could have completed my purchase there and then - but I had such a lovely experience in the physical store that I decided to return, and went through the entire sale with Jake. Really happy with everything and would recommend highly.

Very good care shown by Jake, having given us time to make our decision in our own time with no pressure applied.

Great layout and variety of options, staff were friendly and had good advice to help someone who had very limited sofa knowledge, prices were reasonable during the new year sales.

Amazing sofas, DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. They will ignore you and promise to call you back and never do so. Still havent received my sofa or an amended delivery date. Paid £1400 and dont know what's going on. Be careful!!

We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Aggy again today, and once more she went above and beyond. We actually travelled an hour back to Cardiff store specifically hoping to speak with her, because our first experience when purchasing a sofa with her eight weeks ago was exceptional - and she didn’t disappoint.
The moment we walked through the door, Aggy recognised us straight away and greeted us like old friends. She remembered exactly what we’d purchased last time, even the colour of the sofa. She straight away knew what we liked, and remembered the layout of our house. It made the whole process effortless. Thanks to her knowledge, warmth, and efficiency, we had our second sofa chosen and ordered in under 45 minutes.
Aggy is personable, professional, and we felt she was genuinely invested in making sure we were happy after a bad experience with another company. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again, and we’ll be recommending her to anyone looking for great service. When we left the store, she’d even taken the time to message us informing us that our new sofa is made in the same place as our other Sofology sofa (that we LOVE) that was delivered this week.
