Amazing customer service from Ashley. No pressure sales and even gave us swatches to take home and confirm our choice. The whole purchase was so easy. Ashley was extremely knowledgeable and a credit to sofology.

The sales rep Wendy was very supportive and polite. She walked me through the process, helped with measurements explained the difference with leather. Absolutely fabulous!

A good experience walked around without getting pounced on by a pushy sales team, staff were polite said good morning and left us to it, we chose a sofa acknowledged a sales man whos name is Corey and then he came over to us. Answered all of our questions (very knowledgeable) would recommend Sofology Coventry a nice shopping experience and looking for our new sofa to be delivered.
