Good showrooms and great staff

Very helpful and patient. Monica was great help and told us everything we needed to know.

Personable service that listened to our needs and helped us find our sofa. Delivery was excellent, they took it straight into our 1st-floor living room through narrow stair passages.

Very impressed with service from both Brighton & Croydon stores, both went out of their way to help us find the sofa for our son.
Initially saw the sofa at Brighton, in the sale at an excellent price, unfortunately when I returned the next morning the sofa had been sold. The 'Sofologist' at Brighton suggested trying Croydon, which we did, we were lucky enough to find the same sofa and Croydon were good enough to honour the Brighton sale price. Very impressed all round.

Easy to apply just hope I get excepted

I recently visited the Croydon branch of Sofology and had an outstanding experience thanks to two incredible members of staff — Evelina and Wioleta. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome and supported, turning what had been a stressful search for the perfect sofa into a genuinely enjoyable experience.
I spent a long time agonising over what would work best for my space, and both Evelina and Wioleta went above and beyond to help me make the right choice. Evelina was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, guiding me through options without any pressure or hard sell — a refreshing change from other stores I’ve visited.
Wioleta took things a step further by helping me replan my lounge layout to accommodate the sofa I truly wanted. Her ideas were creative and practical, and thanks to her, I was able to order the Cove sofa, which is unbelievably comfortable. I can’t wait for it to arrive!
Their dedication, patience, and genuine care made all the difference. I highly recommend the Croydon store — especially if you’re looking for expert advice and a pleasant, pressure-free shopping experience.

When I walked into the store, I was greeted with a smile straight away!

I knew exactly what I wanted, but silly forgot to bring my measurements, but the sales advisor was patient enough to let me sort this and advised if an adjustment needs to be made, it was a simple phone call.

This is the first Sofa I’ve purchased from Sofology and they really do have a beautiful collection
