When I walked into the store, I was greeted with a smile straight away!

I knew exactly what I wanted, but silly forgot to bring my measurements, but the sales advisor was patient enough to let me sort this and advised if an adjustment needs to be made, it was a simple phone call.

This is the first Sofa I’ve purchased from Sofology and they really do have a beautiful collection

We found the sofas that we wanted and given a great service from the person who attended to us. She was very knowledgeable about the sofas and wheather or not they would fit through our hallway. Very attentive to what we wanted and listened.

Really lovely experience at Sofology Croydon! We were able to take our time looking around without feeling rushed or pressured, which was great. When we had questions, Umut (sales person) gave clear and helpful info. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming — they were also amazing with our 2-year-old daughter. Couldn’t have asked for better service! Sofa ordered and waiting for delivery :)

As I've only just placed my order for a 3 piece suite, I'm basing my 5 star review on the in-store experience, in particular the assistance provided by Wioleta Kicka, who was absolutely fantastic in helping my wife and I through the whole process, from understanding the product itself (e.g. materials, different seating cushion types, colour palette, etc) and the aftercare services provided by Sofology. There was no hard sell just a real desire on the part of Wioleta to ensure that we as customers were provided with all the information we needed to make an informed decision on our next sofa purchase.

Never felt more at ease whilst buying furniture. The showroom is well presented and organised. Easy to understand and very accessible for buggy and wheelchairs. Staff its amazing, very helpful, friendly and not pushy as in other furniture stores. Quality is not only visible in materials and design, but also in staff expertise showroom. Loved the whole experience.

Gordon was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable during my visit to Sofology. Very honest, transparent and helped me out a lot when I had a lot of questions regarding which material to go for. Great service and much appreciated!
