Extremely disappointed with Sofolgy. They say they’ll call back regarding faulty sofas - but you never get a call back. They ignore emails. If you miss one random calls of thier they close your case down. It’s going on to nearly 4 months of purchasing sofas with them and despite calling and asking FIVE TIMES so far , being promised the cleaning kit, being promised call backs within 72 hours for the cleaning kit etc - they haven’t even done that - so they literally take your money, don’t even send you your item and then pretend they’ll send it , ignore you for months, etc etc etc. the WORSE sofa company I have EVER deal with. Dealing with them has literally made me unwell

We purchased our sofas from Sofology on 12th October 2025 and were guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Unfortunately, two of our 3-seater sofas were not delivered until 25th March 2026 — more than five months after purchase.
The delay caused significant disruption to our family, forcing us to cancel numerous hosting events and gatherings because we simply did not have enough seating for our guests.
Throughout this period, we repeatedly contacted both customer services and the complaints department, but no one was able to provide meaningful assistance. We were repeatedly given delivery dates and assurances that the sofas would soon arrive at the depot, only for those promises to prove false time and time again.
What has been most disappointing is the complete lack of empathy, accountability, and support from Sofology’s customer service team. Rather than helping to resolve the issue, we were left chasing updates and receiving inconsistent information.
To this day, the matter has still not been satisfactorily resolved. This has been the most frustrating and disappointing experience we have had with any company, and we would not recommend Sofology based on both the delivery failures and poor customer service.

Excellent customer service by the Store Manager and staff at Sofology in Fosse Park Leicester. They were not remotely pushy, but very helpful. A lovely place to shop.

It was just nice to walk in and not be hassled by sales people just as you walk through the door, we looked around found what we wanted and then ask for assistance. We then sat with the sales person who then gave us options and even ask if we wanted a coffee or tea which is a nice touch. Chose what we wanted completed all the forms and came away happy.

The staff at sofology were amazing. We went in three times to see a sofa which we liked. At all times we had good service from the staff. On our last visit, when we actually purchased the sofa, the staff helped a lot. Explained how everything would work. Great service.

The staff in the Leicester store were knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy at all. I was told delivery would be 15 weeks and that’s exactly what it was. I was given a 3 hour time slot the day before delivery and it arrived well within that time, with a phone call received telling us they were half an hour away. The 2 man delivery team were polite, courteous and very efficient. Couldn’t really ask for more. We’ll see how durable the sofas are over time.
