Are experience is five star the gentleman that helped us was named Colin and he was very polite and patient colin help with any questions that we had and if we didn’t understand what he meant, he would rephrase it and show us and that was a great help to both of us so thank you.

Bad service bad customer care service I bought a sofa from the Maidstone branch and when it got delivered it was the wrong sofa then I was told after months of messing around that they never made the sofa I ordered and paid for. They also damaged my new carpet. Please read all the reviews first as there are lots of bad reviews.

Emma was absolutely brilliant with our sofa order, she found us the perfect sofa just before Christmas and it arrived for us yesterday. I told her exactly what I wanted a navy sofa that's a three seater and she showed us all the options in detail. I am so glad I went with Sofology, I was originally looking and planning on going for a sofa from dfs but Emma convinced me that the Mayfair sofa was the one for me and she was absolutely right.

I had already bought a sofa from the Illinios range and was very pleased with the quality of the product and just as importantly the service from all of the staff at the Maidstone branch. When I returned to the store both Nick and Jamie greeted me by name and had already guessed I was coming back to purchase the single arm chair. As usual, had a friendly chat, answered my questions and I completed my purchase. I can't praise them highly enough.

We bought our sofa today and Pina was very helpful, she answered all our questions and gave us time and space to discuss what we wanted.
No pushy sales and very professional and courteous.

We have visited the Aylesford store several times. First to view and then narrow down before selecting and finally ordering our chosen sofa. Each visit we were assisted by a different member of staff, but the high & consistant standard of professionalism and interaction was first class, Thank you to Pina & Jamie for your diligent care and attention to detail explaining what to expect, care options and product knowledge throughout taking us through the process.
