Staff allow you to browse and are not pushy at all . Yacoub was very helpful and efficient when I placed the order. Showroom at Solihull is very spacious and has a huge choice . We haven’t received the order yet but the ordering process was straightforward .

Excellent service from start to finish. When we entered the store, we were able to browse at our own pace without feeling approached too quickly by staff, which we really appreciated. It made the experience feel relaxed and comfortable, with no pressure at all.
When we were ready for some assistance, Nia was polite, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the purchase process. For such a significant purchase, her advice and support were genuinely appreciated and gave us real confidence in the decisions we made.
Although we’ve since had a few issues with the finance agreement, we’ve felt very well supported throughout. Neal in particular deserves recognition for how proactive and on top of everything he has been. He kept us informed, reassured us that everything would be resolved quickly, and followed through on that, which made a real difference.
We’re still waiting to receive the sofa, but we’re really looking forward to it. Based on our experience so far, we feel confident that if any issues do arise, they’ll be handled promptly and professionally.

Sold a dream but delivered a nightmare! Or not delivered, should I say. Ali in the Solihull store was great….however I now feel the sales team are giving customers unrealistic delivery dates. Brought two sofas, 1 was promised a 2-3 delivery (as it was showroom stock) it was 3 weeks late! Second sofa - told 10 weeks, I’ve had to call in for updates on the delivery to be given dates - to then have to chase said delivery dates to then be given further dates! Now looking at 13 weeks…or more. I’ve had to rebook trades, cancel family plans and yet not one person can be honest with us. Buy with caution and bear in mind whatever dates you are given add on at least 4 weeks.

I was genuinely impressed by the level of service I received from start to finish.
I was approached promptly by Neal as soon as I entered the shop who asked about what I was looking for and really took the time to understand my needs. He encouraged me to ask questions and was very patient in answering them always checking along the way if I understood and repeating information where necessary. He is a credit to your company.
I was transferred over Aliza to finish the sale and she was equally informative and helpful
The service was professional, friendly, and highly efficient.

I have no problem with the people or staff. Can’t comment on the goods yet as it’s awaiting delivery. However, I came really close to not purchasing my sofa due to the EXTORTIONATE £129 delivery charge and with no option to collect yourself from the store. I could have hired a van for £50, a fraction of the cost. Not sure how they can justify such a ridiculous delivery charge on a £2k purchase
