The sales rep, leon, told is where to find all the sofas we had earmarked and was super helpful, but not pushy at all. I was really set on a particular footstool, but not the sofa, and he moved it downstairs so i could see together, we ended up buying both - he was super friendly and excellent customer service !

I recently bought sofas from the Sofology store in Solihull and was looked after by Ali, who was excellent throughout. He was friendly, attentive and really took the time to understand what I needed.
