Sadd was very honest and helpful in regards to what would work for myself and in my home. He gave a lot of time to us when visiting today. He was super friendly too and we actually went back asking for him specifically to deal with the purchase, he gave us a a few options as to what would suit us which was nice.

Went into Thurrock Sofology, just for a look around,assistant welcomed us and left us to browser. Spotted something we liked ,called Terese over,she was so helpful.
We ended up buying a sofa thanks to Teresa.

We had a fantastic experience and a wide range of choices. Fern, our customer support representative, was incredibly helpful patiently explaining all the options.

Jon explained everything and we’re looking forward to have our sofa delivered, good service, can recommend.

A really relaxing and unpressurised experience due to the welcoming and friendly nature of the sofology salesman Saad. He was friendly and informative and explained everything clearly. 10/10 from me. You got a great guy there .

Very happy with our sofa delivered this week. Great service from the sales adviser in the showroom when we placed our order. He really helped us choose the right colour and fabric to complement our existing furniture and room decor based on the photos and material samples we showed him. We appreciated the advice and service we were given. Sofa looks fabulous on the room and is very comfortable!

We had bought our previous sofa from you and have been really pleased with it. The service we had from Ameet was amazing. he even found our old sofa on your records so we could check the size of the one that we were buying. He understood what we were looking for and guided us to the suitable sofas. He explained everything thoroughly but was not pushy. Three piece suits.
Finally came to a difficult decision of which sofa caught our eye.
Myself and husband agreed on the illnois 2 seater sofa with the console's, in the colour Latta in a mottled fabric. Saad talked us through all the details of the sofa and explained the guarantee of the frame work, and protection cover for the material and fabric. Saad was extremely knowledgeable. Saad knew all the information regarding the styles and details of all the sofas. We enjoy our time at sofology and ordering our new suit. We can't wait now to receive this furniture.
