I bought a Windows 11 Pro key through these guys via Wowcher. The code didn't work initially, but I emailed them and they explained that it first needed a code to convert from Home to Pro, which they gave me. I applied it, rebooted the machine, and after that the license worked. Appears to be a volume license, but it's working fine.

I purchased Abode Photoshop from Softkeycart and the installation worked well. But I have since emailed the support team three times requesting the licence number to enable me to move my purchase to a new laptop but have had no reply. Given my personal experience and some of the comments here, I'm beginning to have serious reservations about this company.

BUT AFTER PAYING THE DELIVERED THE SOFTWARE BUT NO 24 DIGIT LICENCE FILE AS SUCH IM GOINT TO TRADING STANDARDS AND THE MEDIA ANY TV CHANNEL THAT ADVERTISES WOWCHER AS IT CLEARLY SHOULDNT BE ADVERTISED TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AS THIS IS FRAUD ON A MASSIVE DAYLIGHT ROBBERY SCALE I EXPECTED A FULL LICENCE TO REGISTER WITH ADOBE FOR A LIFETIME OF UPDATES AND THEY FAILED TO DELIVER. ALSO THEY ADVISED ME TO TURN OFF MY ANTIVIRUS WHEN INSTALLING AS SUCH I AM REPORTING THE MATTER TO ADOBE THE BBC AND TRADING STANDARDS AND OFCOM AND SCAM DETECTORS AND REQUESTING MY MONEY BACK ON PAYPAL IF WOWCHER FAILS TO RESPOND WITH A SUITABLE RESOLUTION AS CONSUMER LAWS HAVE BEEN BLATENTLY IGNORED BY THE TELEVISION ADVERTISING AND GOOGLE ADVERTISING BOARDS

Very difficult instructions to follow, took a long time to go through everything, only for the product not to work!

Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience.  Got a voucher from Wowcher which is another story!  However, realised I had to place an order for Acrobat with Softkeycart which I did.  Received the email with video instructions and a Licence Tool file; both as .rar files.  The instructions turned out to be in German (I'm British!) but I did understand that I had to disable my antivirus system in order to receive the files.  What legitimate company would ask their customers to do this?!  When I tried to download, my antivirus identified the files as a Severe threat and quarantined them.  I emailed Softkeycart support twice with no reply; not even an automatic reply.  Then I raised a dispute and didn't even get a ticket number.  Having just read the other reviews, I have realised that I have wasted my money.  Note to self; read the reviews first! By the way if you read their website, you'll find that they pay people for good reviews on TrustPilot! Another nail in their coffin.

I bought a voucher from Wowcher for AutoCAD that directed me to this site. The instructions tell you to download the software, disable your antivirus and run an app to activate. I thought this seemed dodgy so looked at the details of the "licensing app" - this clearly states in the description it is a "Cracked NLM Installer", meaning the software is not genuine, illegal and potentially dangerous. Do not go anywhere near it, you could end up with a hefty fine from Autodesk.

I bought a Microsoft Professional Product Key from them, however, after i had redeemed the key and downloaded the Office package, the software stopped working, saying it had expired (which was supposed to be lifetime product!). Upon requesting a refund as i had got a licence from elsewhere, i received a response with a new key, however, i had explained i didnt want it anymore as i had lost faith in the integrity of the company, to which i received no response.

Scam company, I purchased Photoshop with them via Wowcher. Doesn't work, keeps wanting me to subscribe and pay a fee to Adobe. Zero support, No serial number.

The software contained malware. I wish I could give no stars. And no response from the company. Stay away

Don't go there. Preactivated licence, lucky if you get a couple of weeks then locked out.

The Company/Organization is a scam. Purchased a Microsoft Office 2021 life time license, it lasted for 3 months before it stopped working. Emailed the Company/Organization with my complaint (no response).

They have taken my money and gone into hiding.

Keep well clear, you will only get scammed.

Extremely difficult instructions to follow. The video is foreign and all instructions tell you to refer to the video. Not helpful at all to me as cannot understand the video! Never known a software package to be so difficult to download before! very frustrating and time consuming and still don't have the package paid for

Absolute con of a company

File will not load up on Mac. Cannot validate any of th files. Support is a bare minimum. Disputes aren't answered. Steer clear

Scam company, selling grey licenses. You will likely get it working for a bit, then it will expire..No technical support, no response to a Ticket raised or direct email.

Will be reporting Wowcher to Trading Standards for pushing this company within the UK Market

Having bought a voucher from Wowcher for Adobe Pro the only way you can redeem it is if you disable your virus protector, why on earth would that be necessary if this were a legitimate company?!

I purchased an Autodesk AutoCAD LT 2025 Licence through wowcher and followed the steps.
These steps lead to the installation of a ZIP file not a legit download for Autodesk which immediately got flagged as a trojan vires and was automatically deleted.
The response from the site is to block the antivirus and allow the download.

Very poor. Got my voucher from Wowcher, redeemed it and finally managed to get to the Softkeycart site. Downloaded the files, problem is the licence tool wouldn't open. Said I did not have permission. Have sent 2 emails, a feedback form and submitted a form to customer service. No response form anyone. They basically don't, got my money, now I'm history. Rubbish company to deal with.

I have had many pieces of premium software from this company over the years, from Windows Pro upgrades to Adobe key software pieces such as Photoshop, Premiere, and Acrobat Pro.

However, in the last 6 months I have had one copy of Photoshop, which showed as a file shared to me by someone else when I backed up the install files to OneDrive; I had a Windows 11 Pro upgrade that took 4 attempts to install (usually a change of reg key will switch on the pro-specific, top-level functions and automatically download what it needs to)—this time I had to download an emergency boot disk, uninstall my copy of Windows Home, reinstall my new Windows from scratch, and start reinstalling everything all over again. Most annoying.

There have been issues with download or installation with a couple of other pieces too, but the one that I discovered today was the most alarming. A full 2024 copy of InDesign needed to be installed (I always assumed the year lag was the source of the cheap prices, so I thought nothing of this). Now I had problems downloading this one—it took 4 days and two contacts to support to get it transferred—and almost immediately i put the zip container on my machine, Defender flagged the drive and said there was a trojan in new file.

I did a little digging and spoke to support, who told me just to reset the password and everything would be fine. When I looked into the zip file, there was a readme that said to just bypass the software in Windows Defender, as this was a known problem.

It ultimately turned out there was some sort of crack/hack software built into the software file. Just the opening of the file woke it back up, and today I had 52 attacks on my system on an admin-level account in 15 minutes, and I was locked out of my account completely—both locally and online too. This account is very important; without it my business fails. This brings a few obvious questions
1. How is a grey market software company not properly monitored by trading standards? It is obvious they are being underhand and unethical.
2. Why are the big powerhouse online retailers promoting them? They don't need them; there are other [places/vendors].
3. If they are getting me with this stuff, a computer professional with a reasonable hoard of skills and several AI models will be standing my corner, watching my ass non-stop
