Softlens Queen Reviews 

Was sent counterfeit GEO lenses. Have used the same brand and color for several years, my usual seller ran out of stock so I tried Softlens Queen since they appeared to have what I wanted in stock. Received the lenses and they felt horrible, as well as bottles had foreign language on them. Not the same bottles from GEO. Didn't appreciate receiving counterfeit lenses. Won’t be shopping here again.

Very bad/poor communication through emails and costumer services. They accused my girlfriend and me of fraudulent because I had purchased an item from them for my girlfriend. I paid with my credit card with my own money. My girlfriend didn't feel comfortable buying from them again (with her own money/card) due to poor communication on their end and lack of supplies when she purchased from Softlens. So I bought items for her.
They had sent me a wrong item and I asked for a refund and that's when they accused me of being my girlfriend and buying the same item twice as "fraudulent". Not true at all. They claimed they had cctv footage of them sending out my items with the correct items in it. Ha. Little did they know, my girlfriend still had her bottle from her purchases. Therefore debunking the whole "fraud". I sent out those pictures and asked them to send me the cctv footage as proof and the costumer services/Andy never wrote back. Linda the owner however did wrote back giving me a refund.
Btw, my girlfriend wants everyone to know that Softlens had deleted her review on an item. It wasn't even a negative review. It was an honest review stating that one of her lens had a defect and that's why she still had a bottle of that item and that's why I had to buy it for her. Plus the lens wasn't as strong so my gf suggest buying a higher prescription. Also they never update items to let people know if they still have an item instock or not especially the power/prescription. That is the reason why we had to return both items because they gave us the wrong power/prescription. We got a petty apology from Linda the owner saying "it's silly arguing over (the money amount)". Blah blah blah. I have emails and my gf's emails and proof if people don't believe us.
Highly unprofessional and bad company. I do not recommend buying from Softlens.
Note: Me nor my girlfriend are not here to start drama or write fake stories. My girlfriend felt very unjustified about this situation and very upset that Softlens accused us of fraud. We never once lied. We are buying costumers and even though my girlfriend had a bad experience with them, she still made me buy items from Softlens for her when we definitely could get it from somewhere else.
Trust the reviews that had 2 to 1 star on here. Be awareful! Btw! Just go through with your bank or PayPal to dispute your transaction with Softlens. You will 100% get your money back.
EDIT (Response to Softlens): My girlfriend: At this point it's not even about the refund anymore. It's the fact that your Costumer service/Andy accused me of fraud with no proof because 100% it was NOT TRUE. That person owes me an apology. And to the person that deleted my review on the Softlens website was wrong too! Softlens never gave an acknowledgement about this issue. That is why I feel unjustified!

I have been a customer of Softlens Queen for about 2 years now. I can honestly say that I have never had any issues with their contacts. I trust them to deliver my products as I have never had one go missing as I have with other companies. They are realistic with their shipping times, and any time I have chose express shipping I have gotten my lenses when they say they will be delivered.

Don't trust that they will send out your orders only once! They will actually make up for any mistake for the customer's best experiences!

Previously my wife always bought lenses from those corporate giants, we would never trust a mom n pop store for our eyes, out of the blue, I got referred from a youtuber about this company, we said what the heck and we tried it.

We could never be more amazed at the details they put in to taking our orders, even when there's a mishap on tracking number on their shipping side, they sent out a replacement at once and didn't even bother to ask us to return the first package, although we did return it to them straight away, because the owner reached out to us and they are such nice people

10/10 would buy again.

One of the contacts I received was defective. It looked fine but was extremely painful. I have over 30 pairs of contacts and have never had a problem like this. After going back and forth by email I offered to pay a bit for a replacement and all they offered me was their current promotion to purchase a new set (I only needed one). I escalated it through PayPal and would have had to pay as much to return the defective item as I would have gotten refunded. This is terrible customer service and I will never purchase from them again.

I placed an order from this company on December 6th, 2019, and paid an additional $24 for expedited shipping (5-12 Business Days). I have not received the product, I have sent 3 emails and they have not responded to any of them in regards to my order. I have ordered from them several times in the past, and this hasn't been an issue (Reason for the second star). I'm starting to think this may be a scam, or something has changed within the company. There has been no movement on my tracking link since December 10th. Very disappointed!

There is a big problem with this company and is that they never tell you when certain lenses change in design and quality. I used to buy Sweety Plus Sweety Spatax Grey. Bought them a couple of times and the last time they were horrid quality, so thin that were folding themselves inside my eyes which could cause permanent damage! My vision is blurry and the design is much more artificial than it used to be. I communicate all this to SoftelensQueen, they keep blaming the "factory" and is "not their fault"... Well, since I paid them for some decent lenses that used to be in a certain way, is their responsibility to sell the same product or to inform if the lenses have change. I do not reccomend Softlensqueen, especially regarding Sweety Plus, Sweety Spatax Grey.

Great pricing for authentic lenses.

Giving a 4-star rating because there have been several occasions where the site has run out of a certain stock but doesn't list it on their website. However, their service is prompt and I will usually be compensated with a discount code and a selection of another pair of lenses.
Shipping is also a little pricey but still worthwhile.
