I thought I ordered 2 packs of the red potholders but when they came there were 2 packs of multi colors. I needed the red for Christmas gifts 🎁 They look very nice just not what I needed.

The product was fine, but I have to return due to size. The issue I have is that the return process is not easy. Return couldn't be processed online and had to contact the company to find out how to proceed. I was told to just send back to the original address and I would receive my credit. Now I need to package, take to a shipper, etc. Very inconvenient.

I thought we were buying baby washcloths that were very soft and these things are hard as a rock

I purchased a pack of washcloths and a pack of dish towels on Nov 2. On Nov 4, I was sent an email stating that the striped dish towels were not available and did I want to substitute solid ones or cancel the order. I replied that a substitution was fine. A week later, they still had not been shipped, so I sent an email inquiring about the order. I received a reply stating they had asked me what to do about my order, so I replied again that I had already told them they could substitute the solid dish towels. After not hearing from them for another week, I sent another inquiry about the order. No reply. Finally after 3 weeks I told them I wanted to cancel my order. They refunded me the purchase price of the items, but not the 7.95 shipping fee. However they were never shipped in the first place, so they were not entitled to that money. Poor customer service- I will not do business with them again.
