My interest was one time purchase Microsoft Office professional, I was looking for a very long time there were many options some offers from other resources were I had to use theirs account to get access to office and if I had to buy from retail it was very expensive for one user.

When I was surfing through internet, I found Software Base, at the beginning I had doubts, so I started live chat and got response instantly. I did look through webpages, addresses even reviews. So, I checked the products they were offering. It clearly states Microsoft Brand, No annual fee (Subscription), updates and access to full products. Then I brought products compatible with my windows. I received all details through email, history of my conversation, invoice and also guide to install. My package were installed through MICROSOFT (original page). Instructions were easy to follow and also there were guide to call or online service for any support to install.

It's a real deal, my package works, full license, have own account, works offline too and I don't have to spend money annually (one time purchase).

Ordered software for Adobe CC All apps annual pass, Price on site when purchasing was ~£250, the order said it would take 1-8 hours to be delivered via email. Got an email back within a few hours stating the item was out of stock, when clearly it was in stock at a price £300 higher, I messaged them on their live chat instant refund to paypal (still takes 5 days to debit to my account) but then having to wait a week in order to find an alternative source.

Selected Software Base for MS Office for a new laptop as they had a free Windows Pro licence offer and had good reviews. Very responsive to emails and in chat. They dealt effectively with a misunderstanding about the procedure, and gave advice on the appropriate licences. Both the Office 2019 install and the Windows Pro upgrade were fine.

After researching a number of companies to purchase genuine Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus I came across Software Base. After my purchase I received an email with the Product Key which had to be used on the Microsoft official site to download the software. I contacted Software Base via chat and also via phone regarding straightforward queries and on both occasions they were extremely helpful. I had no problem downloading and activating the software package and I am not techical. I would highly recommend Software Base who were professional and prompt in responding.

Was sceptical of this company initially as I'd never heard of them. However at 11pm in the night, I was able to have an online chat, they answered all my questions and as a result I purchased Office home and business for my Mac. Very cheap and no issues at all - so far so good.
