I accidently installed an enterprise version of Windows 11 Pro which I purchased from MS Office Store. The purchase and download was a snap, the SNAFU in the upload was mine.

I contacted the help chat and was connected with Charles. Having been the CEO of a middle market company for 28 years, I always had access to my IT group that solved all my hardware and software problems. So, to say the least, my expertise at solving software problems is at around the second grade level. Charles patiently helped me download some software that allowed him access to my computer. Bam, Bam, Bam, Bam, Charles solved my problem. I am off and running!

All this confirmed to me that I made the right decision choosing MS Office Store, was fortunate to confer with their help desk, and blessed to be connected with Charles.

Very good service, I had bought the wrong windows 10 version without realising and thought the code was wrong. I contacted live support and got connected with Mark almost right away. He took me through my options on what I could do to fix this issue. Thank you Mark.

Alex was amazing. I struggled through installing an upgrade myself and after attempting & re-attempting a couple times, Alex was more than happy to assist with doing the upgrades to my PC. What a lifesaver!!

the instructions couldn't be followed, i used the chatbot and it sort of helped but i'm stuck with a half useable verson of WIndows 11 Pro on my brand new laptop
