Enrolled on the basic course. Having completed 30% of their course I was not happy and requested a refund which I am entitled too under consumer rights.

Still heard nothing back after an initial correspondence - threw in the old ‘sorry had family grievance’.

Will now go through the consumer process to get my money back unless they do the right thing quickly.

As for their trades. Maybe I started at a bad time but they haven’t been great.

First month
I was a bit apprehensive at first using sofx, as a couple of days prior I was scammed by a apparent bitcoin miner. Since using sofx though I have made good profit and would recommend them to anyone.

Where do I start I signed up with @gingerjord and for first day he seemed very helpful but after that he either didn’t reply to me when I had a issue or just answered bluntly and didn’t seem at all interested. His customer service stinks he needs to learn to help people when he gets messages he needs to be polite and answer them properly putting stories up saying to his followers to message him if they have any questions but he simply doesn’t reply he doesn’t reply to me and he has done the exact same to my mate also he messaged me the other day telling me to stop not all sofx marketers are like this thou as there is some decent ones who would do out to help and always on hand for advice ect sofx are 5⭐️ But jord the fraud is 1⭐️ Tbf he isn’t even that

Easily set up by Ryan in a matter of a few hours ready to start trading the following week.
