My tailor Marius did a fantastic job! It was quite a difficult jacket to work with with lots of buttons and pockets but it looks great :) was a very quick turnaround too!

Great work and fast turnover

I am thrilled to be able to wear again a very special silk and cashmere sweater due to the skill and care of Cally in renovating a much loved part of my wardrobe! Two moth holes have been expertly repaired - so expertly that I can’t find the locations of them!! I’m so glad I saw the advert for SOJO. Wonderful fast service too- ready for winter. I recently used SOJO to alter a pair of trousers, and the entire experience—from beginning to end—was nothing short of exceptional. In an era where getting clothes properly tailored can often feel like a hassle, SOJO has completely streamlined and modernized the process while maintaining a high standard of traditional craftsmanship.

Customer Service
From the moment I placed my order, the customer service was proactive, polite, and reassuring. Communication regarding pickup scheduling, garment tracking, and the status of the alterations was clear and timely. When I had a minor question about pinning the trousers for the correct fit, the support team responded quickly with helpful, expert guidance. It is rare to find a company that makes you feel so valued as an individual customer.

The Alteration Quality
The actual tailoring work is where SOJO truly shines. The trousers required a complex adjustment to both the waist and the hem, and the execution was flawless. The stitching matches the original garment threads perfectly, the internal finishing looks professional and clean, and the fit is now spot-on. There are no puckered seams or uneven lines—just immaculate attention to detail.

The Process and Turnaround
The convenience factor is a massive bonus. Having the items collected from and delivered back to my doorstep saved me a significant amount of tim, although I took mine in to Oxfordstreet Selfridges. Despite the logistical steps involved in doorstep tailoring, the turnaround time was surprisingly fast, and the trousers returned securely packaged and ready to wear.

Amazing service, the team explained and guided me through the process. I had items personalised & embroidered and they were very reasonably priced and turned out perfectly. Only took a couple of days & visited the Selfridges counter.

Honestly, amazing tailoring service! I always go to them and they genuinely never let me down. This time I had my birthday dress tailored and they handled it with so much care and attention. They also managed to get it back to me so quickly, which I really appreciated. The dress turned out exactly how I wanted and I’m so happy with it! 🥹🤍 I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my outfits. Highly recommend!

It would be 5 stars if I was just reviewing the alterations, which are perfect as always. However, I received the blazer and trousers back in a very creased condition. When I sent them they were in perfect, brand new condition, exactly as I received them from the retailer. Very disappointing that I will now have to pay to have them pressed.

Inga has saved my cashmere scarf from the bin after the moths got it - the darning and yarn quality is excellent and I couldn't be happier with it.

Shocking repair! There was a tiny hole in my suit jacket. The stitching on the repair covers about 5 times the size of the hole, is raised and not an accurate colour match. They have ruined an expensive Paul Smith suit.

Really good service all around. I wanted my new trousers shortened slightly and Inga did a great job.

Sent off a Paul Smith t-shirt with a hole in it with a heavy heart, thinking I may as-well send it but already thinking it was beyond salvation and would just sit in the back of my wardrobe miserably for years. I received it back and honestly am so thrilled with the work done by the tailor, Anca, who has tucked the hole neatly away. You wouldn't know it's there, it's just a tiny little dimple on my arm that I'm actually growing quite fond of. Got a compliment on the t-shirt yesterday while waiting for the train and my first instinct was to show off the superb repair on it :D Fantastic service with an admirable mission well worth supporting!
