O just wanted to say thank you so much! Tiffany is my advocate and she has been such a Godsend. I was drowning trying to keep track of all of my appointments I needed to schedule.
Tiffany helped me, I felt like I could finally breathe. She is very knowledgeable and if she dosent know the answer, she looks it up and calls me back. One thing I love is her checking in every day and giving me updates on what is going on and what we need to do next.
If you feel like I do, I give solace more than five stars! Very highly recommended. Thank you Tiffany!

First off my Advocate Beth is wonderful absolutely wonderful. She has given me so much help and direction and help me unscramble some of the things that I had overwhelming me so I really appreciate her. She's great thank you perfect

Your website never works never I always have to call customer service to make my payment. Y’all need to get that ironed out. This is ridiculous. I tried for six days straight to log into yawls website to make a payment and I always have to call customer service and get a live person. It’s really a little ridiculous. Y’all need to fix your website. Some people can make their payments or you may not see no money.

Aubrie uses her knowledge of the health care provision network to get the assistance I need delivered to me. Aubrie tells me where to go, to get available health care provision services.
I would not know of these providers were it not for Aubrie.

I absolutely adore my advocate Lisa B.!! She has helped me just by being present and available. Lisa listens, and hears, what I'm having trouble with, and she has taken care of a few issues that I was too overwhelmed to handle myself. I'm very thankful to have Lisa in my life!

Gwen is working with Dr office to get my referrals to see other specialist. She always seems to care what difficulty I’m facing and is working to help me manage things one day at a time as she can feel my frustration. Thank you so much for caring.

Listens and understands my issues. Things started to happen after many months of no movement

The advocate i was lucky enough to get is phenomenal - they really help make sense of everything and keep it organized. Every interaction, from the initial evaluation call, to a confusing circumstance that lead me to email the support team, has been absolutely awesome.

Think of them like a personal assistant for your medical drama and needs. If you're feeling overwhelmed with the burden of your disability, i definitely recommend them.

Alicia is supportive and gives guidance that is helpful. She is also reassuring and kind. Our meetings are always helpful.

My advocate hasn't done anything she said she was going to do. I've asked her to help with things, she tells me she will... then she does nothing. I'm ready to drop this program. I'm not getting anything out of it, and I need help
