The process of filing a claim was very easy. I received a response back very quickly. Once the claim was approved and Sola requested banking information. I received payment within just a couple hours. Customer service was outstanding. Response time was outstanding. I would highly recommend Sola to anyone I talk to.

The entire process was awesome
The entire process was awesome. I was skeptical upon first hearing of it. I have been telling neighbors about this after the hailstorm got all of our roofs on May 8. This is no doubt the best money I’ve put up for supplemental insurance. To have my money in a week is great. It’s their loss if they don’t believe me and check it out. Great company to do business with!
