I reached out to both national and local companies including my own energy provider on the belief that big is best. Unlike other quotes Solar Forever was the only company who delivered a very competitive quote based on the equipment I wanted, rather than the equipment they wanted to sell and install.

Ashley personally surveyed my property and gave helpful advice and recommendations. He handled the DNO application and gave a firm commitment to complete the installation within a day. Scaffolding would be erected and removed the same day, there would be no upfront payments with final payment being made once I was fully satisfied with the installation.

Installation was carried out by a 3 man roofing team and a 2 man electrical team. All members were very polite, professional and kept me in the loop at all times regarding their progress. They started at 0800 completed a 15 panel battery / inverter installation and by 1400 had removed the scaffolding and cleaned up. I was then given a final installation update on what had actually been done

James the electrician gets a special mention for his ability to explain the system and put you at ease regarding the installation and its management.

My advice to anyone considering a Solar installation would be - speak to Solar Forever first. I think you will be suprised by the refreshingly different approach this company takes with regards to customer satisfaction

From the first call, through specification and system sizing, to installation and aftercare calls, the experience of purchasing my solar/battery system was utterly faultless. I've been planning on having solar and/or batteries for a while, but finally took the decision to "just do it" only a month ago. I researched local and national installers and drew up a shortlist based on customer feedback. I also signed up to one of those services which recommend approved contractors. In the end I spoke with around 10 installers and had 6 come round to the house. Matt and Ashley took all my questions on board and answered them fully, even sharing photos of ongoing installations so that I could see the quality of workmanship. It also helped that their price for some excellent equipment was highly competitive too. The installation team were fantastic too - 2 electricians and a 3 man roof team, and I was involved by them in decisions on the day - where did I want the cable runs going to be less obtrusive, where did I want the isolator switches positioning for easy access, how did I want the final panel placement setting so it looked great on the roof and still generated a good amount of energy (its between two roof turrets).

Overall, I cant recommend them enough. Everything has been perfectly planned and expertly delivered.

I got a great quote that was a lot better then everyone else, would highly recommend as everything was explained. And questions there was answered and no issues. Day of the install was very smooth, scaffolding up and down in the same day and everything was working before there left. Was very happy with the install and how tidy the install is.

Excellent communication from outset with a competitive quote of quality component parts. Rationale for number and placement of panels, as well as an argument for having battery were appropriate for our needs. Installation was by a team which consistied of specialist electricians and fitters; who were professional, polite and focused. Engaged us with on-site decisions to details like best path for cable routing and panel placement. Everything up and functional within a working day. Highly recommended

From the moment we first called SolarForever, Matt was courteous, knowledgeable, polite and clearly determined to make sure we got the right solar setup for our needs.
Unlike some of the other companies we spoke to, SolarForever took the time to properly assess our property rather than simply quoting from a satellite image. They came out and used a drone to fully map the roof, which gave us real confidence that the system had been designed specifically for our home. They also made sure we weren’t wasting money by over-specifying the battery size.
The installation itself was run like a military exercise! The installers were professional, efficient and went the extra mile to make sure all the cabling was neat and tidy. At the end of the day, everything was cleaned up and all the waste was removed — you wouldn’t have known they’d been there.
