I had a few problem with my scooter but once I emailed them they got straight back to me a help with my problem best service yet

Listened to every issue I had, provided every help they could and solved my problems within the matter of an hour or two from emailing them. Absolutely phenomenal customer service over here for Solar Scooters in the UK!

They remove 65 pounds out of my refund even if the scooter hast even been dispatched yet what a very bad company I will never recommend you or every buy anything from you worst people ever

Absolutely Outstanding from SolarScooters. Would HIGHLY recommend, first timing buying a product and it certainly won't be the last. I had a little problem with the LCD screen but the Solar team were very quick to respond to my email and sent me a replacement the next day along with a tutorial video on how to set the new one back up. I Can not thank them enough, they go above and beyond for their customers. Their products are INSANE!! I purchased the FF Lite model and I am super super please. GET ON IT!

Helpful customer service and quick delivery of spare parts . Reliable british company had a p1 off them a couple of years back never once had a prob with it . Was looking at some Chinese models from the states but the prices they are charging are a rip off you could buy a decent car for ...plus the fact if you need spare parts it takes weeks if not months to get item and if for some reason you have to send them back then that's more weeks added ..so I think I'll stick with solar . Been pondering the ff 2.0 but we'll see .....anyway good company if you want a reliable scooter and spare parts easy to get ...

A warning to people who want to buy from this company should read my review and think twice about it, especially if you decide to buy and change your mind for a genuine reason.
I purchased a top of the range electric scooter for my daughter not understanding that it was capable of travelling 60mph.
Realising my error I contacted the company for a return and refund expecting to cover the costs for shipping the return which is fair enough and normal trading practice.
Unfortunately, Solar Scooters is one of those companies that is happy to snatch your money but is very reluctant to give it back.
This company has a "policy" of charging penalty fees for excuses like "restocking" or providing a box for a return when you already have the original box as the scooter wasn't used or fully unpacked.
The total charges for returning the scooter (a grand total of £145) felt like a severe punishment dished out by this company because they hate having to give money back to customers even when they make genuine mistakes.
Eventually after releasing this review, this company reluctantly offered to refund if I removed this review. I agreed in order to get my money back but I'm reposting it because I feel that strongly about warning people to avoid this company. Stay away from them if you value fairness and good customer service as Solar Scooters possesses none of those qualities.
