The threads on the pin that goes through the folding mechanism are terrible just recieved a new one from use yesterday and the threads are already starting to go.

Helped with my enquires, decent quality of service though expensive replacement parts.

My second purchase from Solar Scooters—first the P1 Pro Electric Scooter and now the almighty Hyperion. Delivery was fast and efficient, with the option of delivery insurance for added peace of mind. The quality of their products is truly exceptional, and their after-sales support is outstanding.

For example, when I purchased my first scooter a few years ago, I had an issue with the motor not running properly. Rather than having me send the scooter back for inspection, Solar Scooters promptly delivered a replacement motor the very next day after diagnosing the issue via email.

I’m very glad I chose to buy from this company. Their professionalism and customer service make them stand out!

Have been searching for a scooter for a few months and ended up choosing the Hyperion.

The stability of the scooter has made me very happy and not using a damper makes the whole riding experience a pleasure. If you choose the Hyperion you won’t regret your decision.

Was a difficult decision between the P1 Pro and FF Lite. In the end, I went with the P1 pro and it was the best decision ever. Very sturdy and the deck is quite large which is exactly what I wanted. I’ve got 45 mph and it would just keep on going. Highly recommended

Brilliant company. I got my solar Eq about 1 year ago. It's been a brilliant scooter. I lost my key and contacted customer service and they were really great and helpful with any questions I have. Delivery of replacement parts was really fast and now my scooter is perfect again. I would be deffo using them when I get a new scooter. REALLY WELL BUILT STRONG SCOOTER

I placed an order and then canceled it the next day before they sent it out and then asked for a refund however he said it’s too late as it’s already been sent out baring in mind I canceled it before they had the chance to send it out and even tho the tracking said it wasn’t sent out he said it has been sent out. I knew he was lying so I said if you send that parcel out I will be leaving a bad review on trust pilot and then he immediately canceled it and started the refund after I said I will leave a bad review. Anyways he didn’t send me my full refund and only gave SOME of my money back and that’s £110 of my refund that he isn’t refunding.
Notice how if you go on their one star reviews other people have also caught them out lying and I seen another review where they tried charging someone £400 to fix the battery after saying they will do it for free and then he took it to a expert and the expert told the guy that the company didn’t even attempt to fix it

I had a few issues with my scooter and I contacted solar scooters and they replied incredibly fast with information relating directly to the problem and they even send tutorials if I need further help. Thanks so much.
