I made the switch to Soldi from another merchant service and from day one they have been there to help me with the process. They were quick to respond and give me advice when I received a $500 cancellation fee from my previous supplier. With their help I was able to get the charge reversed. Both Robert and Jayden showed genuine interest in having me as a customer. If I don't understand my statement they pick up the phone and walk me through it. I highly recommend.
