I'm really pleased with the little table, which fits with the other items we have from the Arreton range. It looks most attractive as well as being so useful. As always we had very good service from the Company, both with ordering & delivery.

Thank you all so much, we have used you several times over the years and always found everyone very polite and helpful. Our last order was rather a large consignment and we have just had the final bits delivered. The guys stayed behind to put everything together for us and took the time to make sure we were happy with everything before they left. Sam was extremely helpful and patient with us, as we were in the showroom for hours making sure all the measurements were correct, he kept us informed on delivery dates and everything ran very smoothly. We are very happy with our furniture and accessories, all very comfortable and stylish.

Recent move to IOW and have to rate this firm, not something I normally do but their customer service was and is exemplary.
Highly recommend and will be using them again when there is a need, why, because they deliver and they care about what they do, and they do it well.

It's difficult to write a review as I'm not sure which of my purchases this relates to, and I won't be receiving the item for several weeks. I'm being pressed to write a review however, so I'll give four stars for ease of using the website. Maybe in future it would be best to ask customers for a review after they've received their goods? Just saying ...

Amazing customer service from being assisted on the phone through to the delivery.

i am 72 lady,sat on a g-plan sofa instore and brought it.we had the three seater sofa but the one in store was a recliner.was not told it would be different.the one instore was much firmer.now find it hard getting up of sofa.been thru complaints and got nowhere.they not even on furniture ombudsman.solent do not want to no when got your money.never buy anything from here again

I ve bought many items of furniture from Solent Beds and Furniture over the years.
This company are a true asset to the Isle of Wight. My most recent purchase a Harrison Spinks mattress with a beautiful wooden bed frame - super king size. Very helpful staff, great delivery, I opted for the assembly option( a small charge to put the bed frame together ). Really impressed with their sales staff and delivery staff. Thank you Solent !!!
