Easy to use website and great end product, with one area for improvement
The website’s user interface is really great and was part of the reason we chose Solentro. The quality of the book is also fantastic. The only area for improvement is the lack of update between placing the order and receiving a confirmation from the courier. It would be great to add some kind of order status tracking to see order placed - book in production - dispatched. All round a good customer experience and would happily use again / recommend

Easy to use format
I used Solentro to make my Autobiography. It was simple to use to add text or photos and easy to edit. The end product was amazing. I would certainly use Solentro again.

I've used Solentro three times now and the quality of their books is fantastic. Very professional, and very quick delivery - within one week via Fed Ex. The customer service is 5 star. Any questions and they will respond promptly and any issues rectified immediately.

Fantastic end result
Fantastic end result. A little difficult paying and had to resort to bank transfer but absolutely delighted with quick turn around and a fantastic looking book. Second time i have used Solentro and will most definitely return. Thankyou!

BACS only
I wish I had known about where it was coming from and issues with payment at the outset as this meant I had to transfer money (a worry as not protected compared to credit card) and added to delivery time. However, I did send a fair few queries in my panics and was always responded to the same day.

Thank you for your feedback and yes, we did experience some difficulties with card payments in the UK. These issues should by now be solved.

I made a cookbook and although it took a while to create, when I had questions the staff were great at getting back to me quickly. The end product was amazing and extremely good quality. My only disappointment was with the courier who was very delayed and had very poor communication . Would highly recommend Solentro though.
