Solent Timepieces Ltd Reviews

Definitely recommend very nice people , helpful and good prices

Bought a Rolex Air King for a fantastic price from Solent timepieces, spoke with Lewis who was brilliant from start to finish in terms of telling me about the watch, papers, service intervals etc. Will definitely purchase from Lewis and Solent Timepieces again. Very happy customer.

Top drawer service, stunning watch.
If you are looking for a luxury watch at a competitive price then look no further than Lewis at Solent Timepieces. I messaged Lewis on Monday evening regarding a Rolex Batman he had for sale, he messaged me straight back and he said he would call me Tuesday lunchtime, which he did. We agreed a price and I paid for the watch Tuesday afternoon.
He re sized the watch for me, posted the watch Wednesday and I had on my wrist on Thursday (yesterday). I was kept informed every step of way, very happy customer and will use Solent Timepieces again.

Great communication good item all as said it would be very helpful and polite would highly recommend and buy from again

Contacted Lewis after seeing a watch he had advertised on Facebook, he spent a lot of time talking about different options for a few different watches he had in stock. He paid a very good price part ex (better than I could have got selling myself) and the sprite I bought was also very well priced. Another good point is not going into town as he’s handily located on the outskirts in a nice private complex with a private carpark so no need to be walking through town with money or expensive watches. Would 100% do business again and would recommend everyone to do the same

First class from initial communication to meeting Lucas today. Adjusted links as I waited. Interested in providing a personal service. Id look to them again as the ethos on pricing and service is a winner. Thank you.

Excellent watch buying experience dealing with Lewis, I was hesitant buying from smaller reseller on the market. But after speaking with Lewis, he made me feel comfortable and reassured when purchasing my watch. Really well priced as well for a brand new unworn ‘Sprite’. First of many more to come!

Many thanks to Lewis on my purchase of the deepsea
He went the extra mile
All the best

Flawless transaction watch was as described excellent communication from start to finish would 100% recommend and will definitely buy from Lewis again

Great service, achieved all that I wanted from a part exchange and purchase of new timepiece.
Lewis communicated with me all the way through the process and made it very simple

A truly great watch buying experience. The communication from the company is first rate, with requests to see further images and videos answered promptly. I now have a fantastic watch, bought at a very fair price, from a company that clearly cares about its craft and places customer service in highest regard. If I'm looking for another high quality watch in future, Solent Timepieces will be my first port of call.

Very friendly and professional communication. Never thought buying a luxury watch would be so simple. Would definitely come back for more business in the future.

Contacted Liam yesterday about a watch I had seen.we arranged for him to come and meet me at mine.he delivered what he promised a beautiful watch.
Thanks very much

My experience with Lewis and his business was very professional , he went above and beyond to help me out and I was delighted with the outcome and my purchase,I would highly recommend Solent timepieces if you’re in the market for a high end watch at a very competitive price ,great purchase 5star experience

Lewis has provided a service that has far exceeded any experience I have had before when purchasing a watch. He managed to answer questions quickly and accurately and provided outstanding reassurance that the Rolex I purchased was authentic.

Supporting small businesses is extremely important as times remain tough and I would highly recommend Solent Timepieces to anyone. Lewis could have charged an additional £500 - £1k for my Rolex and still made the sale but, instead, sold it at retail price and kept the client at the forefront of the sale.

Thanks again! I'm extremely happy with the watch!
