I purchased a keyboard mouse and hard disk from Solid Disk Direct. Overall the experience was good the products were as descirbed and working perfectly. Delivery was smooth and everything arrived safely. Satisfied with the service.

I bought RAM upgrades from Solid Disk Direct for a couple of systems. The order shipped fast and everything came in good condition. The memory worked perfectly once installed—no compatibility issues at all. Prices were competitive too. Dropping one star because the packaging could have been a bit more secure; it was just a bubble mailer with the modules inside. Everything survived fine, but would have liked to see a small anti-static bag or a box for extra protection. Customer service was responsive when I had a pre-purchase question. Would still order from them again.

I ordered a batch of network switches from SolidDiskDirect for our office setup. The products arrived on time and were exactly as described—good quality, no issues with installation. Installed them last month and honestly night and day difference. Every corner of our office has single now. No more buffering no more dropped calls.

Refurbished - not new, 35% restocking fee.

Ordered UNVR-Pro from their website through google link. No mentioned of condition - which under law/common sense means "new." Price was 15% off MSRP so not like it was a steal. Day after order - on a hunch - I contacted them to confirm it was new and asking them not to ship if it was not. No response. Few days later it ships. Through chat rep confirmed it was refurbished and if I want to return it there will be 35% restocking fee. I informed them that what they are doing is illegal - if product is refurbished website + order confirmation should indicate it (none did). They told me to refuse delivery - has been almost two weeks since order date - product still has not arrived.

I had an excellent experience from beginning to end with my wifi router order from Solid Disk Direct. The router's performance has been dependable with robust signal coverage throughout my house and the delivery was prompt and well packaged. My setup questions were swiftly addressed by their customer service team as well. Extremely happy with the service in general.

My interaction with Solid Disk Direct are consistently positive every time I have a question, the staff is kind and accommodating.

I ordered DDR5 RAM through them, they chose not to fulfill the order due to increase cost upon fulfillment. They offered me 1 stick of RAM instead of 2 for the price, I declined and they agreed to cancel and refund my order. I gave them several weeks to make the refund, they stopped responding to my email requests so I had to file a dispute with my Credit Card carrier. Highly unprofessional.

The sales team at Soliddiskdirect was great. Pricing was excellent, goods arrived in perfect condition and the sales staff's communication was on-point. I would definitely use this company again.

The product was shipped quickly and arrived on time.

Although important pieces were missing from my original order, Alex was great at making sure that I received those pieces.

I ordered a keyboard from the site on 6/10/2025. When I received it, it turned out to be refurbished, even though the listing didn't say that it was. I reached out and asked them about it, and they told me that most of their items were refurbished even if not clearly indicated as such. I was willing to let that slide, and let slide the fact that the lights on the keyboard were out of sync and not working properly, but within a week or two, it began to have more serious problems; mostly either not registering keys pressed, or registering a single press as anywhere from 2-5 presses. I reached out to request a refund on 7/2/2025, and after going back and forth with them they sent me an RMA and tracking label on 7/10/2025. I sent it back on 7/25/2025, and the tracking number indicated that they received it on 8/5/2025. Now, almost 3 months later, not only have I not received a refund, I can't even get a response from them. I've sent 6 emails to every address they have listed, and not one has even been acknowledged. I've also tried using the support chat on their page; the first time, the rep apologized, said he was "looking into it" and that I should get an update soon. A week later, I tried again, and the chat just kept disconnecting me. So now I'm out $150, have no keyboard to show for it, and my only hope is that my bank lets me dispute the original charge. Do not use this company under any circumstances, unless you want to be ripped off.

UPDATE: 01/16/2026 -
The company tried to get this review taken down as defamatory, but I sent TrustPilot all the documentation I had, and they decided it was pretty accurate. Afterwards, I thought I might finally have the attention from someone at the company, so I sent another email to every address I had for them. Within hours, a representative reached out to apologize and say the refund would be issued in the next few days. A few days later, they reached back out saying that they couldn't refund my original payment source and to please give them a Paypal or Zelle account to refund it to. I sent them the info within 24 hours. Now, 2 weeks later, still no refund, and they've once again ghosted me. At this point, I'd be happy just to get back the broken keyboard (a broken keyboard that I paid over $150 for,)so I could use it for parts.

Update 2/5/2026:
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and a day after they forwarded it to the company someone reached out to me to say the refund had been completed; I checked Paypal, and after 6 months and far, far too much effort, I finally got my money back. Still can't say I'd recommend doing business with them.

At Solid Disk Direct, my purchase was easy and smooth. Their chat support team was very responsive and demonstrated advanced technical knowledge.

I had some difficulty choosing the right product for my needs, but they guided me through the options and helped me make the right choice. They also processed and delivered my order promptly.

Wrong item sent and non working phone number

After some initial concerns - the staff explained why a different printer was send vs the one I ordered. While I can not find the original price of the new printer on their website, I was told it was an upgrade for the same price, I did pay extra $20 to have shipped 2 day express, it arrived a week later. But Staff has been fairly easy to work with. Just my concerns. Printer works great.
