I recently installed wall wood panels.

They are scammers, don’t believe any word what they are promising.
I ordered a bed, never received. I contacted them and sent several messages, no response.

Great service and communication from Solid furniture. Their price was also competitive and I was even given a small discount as well.

Someone was in contact with me on WhatsApp before during and after my order. They also checked to confirm that the fitter they helped me arrange attended.

My only gripe is that I was not told the delivery would not be taken to room of choice and still had to pay for the fitter to take the pieces up to my room of choice despite being told by solid furniture that they would waive the additional charge as it was their fault for not informing me beforehand. However, it did seem fair to compensate the fitter for taking the pieces up the stairs as they were actually large and it was not their fault the delivery was not taken to the room of choice.

Even though it was great that they kept their promise that the fitter would attend same day as delivery, I was not comfortable that the delivery arrived late evening and the fitter still came to fit the same night. In retrospect, I should probably have asked the fitter to attend another day as a night time fitting meant I would have disturbed my neighbours as there was lots of knocking and drilling at times. However I had a bed arriving soon after and needed to get the fitting out of the way as space was needed to complete the wardrobe fitting.

It is a gorgeous wardrobe! As my old 180cm wardrobe took all my stuff ( mostly folded though), I bought the 250cm one, which i thought was humongous, in hopes it would take all my clothing but it's looking like I have to decongest ☺️and will still need extra storage for my bags and other accessories...

Do NOT buy from this company. I ordered a sofa from them in good faith, paid and received confirmation of payment and delivery. It now appears the company is no longer in business and I am unable to get hold of them via phone or email. The purchase went through Shopify and they appear to be unable to help either... I've lost money, lost faith in online purchases and have no sofa...

this company has failed me in everyway possible, only delivered 5 items out of 7. Sending me a delivery date and then turning up late at night the night before. I am now going through small claims court to get my money back as they will not give me what is owed even though i have video proof.

Amazing fast service, exactly what I wanted!

The quality of the table top (marble) is really nice. Looks great and very reasonable. We did get wrong item delivered but the issue was attended to and we got the table we order without any hassle. Big thumbs up!

Farah sold us dining table and coffee table which I found cheaper then the market. Happy with their fast service. They even assembled the tables with no extra cost. I must recommend everyone buy with confidence. Best Regards

I would recommend Solid Furniture via Facebook as they where helpful and kept us informed of our 24 hour large heavy mirror that looks beautiful. A gentleman who delivered it for us was helpful carrying the mirror and inspected it with us for any damage , which there was not as it was so well packed.

I love the coffee table it’s v beautiful had my delivery on time I would recommend them

I bought 8 chairs it has been 6 months and the legs have snapped on 3 already. The others are starting to bend the ring way and will also snap soon. I was also advertised the chairs with sturdy legs and revived chairs with soldered on legs which are bound to break with any form of weight. I had only realised this now as they are all breaking one by one. I spent £300 on 8 chairs hoping they would last at least a year. But they’re gone before 3 months. I am not happy at all.
