Claudia was a great host for my live assessment session. She explained how the session would play out and created a casual and friendly environment which was very helpful for my running of the Soma Breath session. I have also received very insightful feedback after the session.

Before taking this training I did a research of different modalities of "Breathwork" and Somabreath gave that feeling of trust, confidence, and professionalism.
Everything is well explained and the instructors are very nice, skilled and patience.

One little improvement suggested: create a specific section for science-based material to be taught extensively! Reference more scientific papers with data!

Customer service is painstakingly slow to respond and follow-up, and even then the communication leaves much to be desired.

Not the norm in this day and age in my experience with countless other companies. Thus I requested a refund on a couple of the programs as I was just so annoyed.

Beyond that, I'm still very glad I found them as it's not easy to find this level of detail on intermittent hypoxic breathing, and most of the other programs out there did not compare. Really looking forward to going through the coursework.

Doesn't matter how long ago you unsubscribed, how much you told them to f&@k off and to stop sending emails.

They will still keep sending them over and over and over.

Then a year later they will randomly decide to do so again, because they obviously were not abused enough for being dodgy spammers.

My coach, Claudia Solís, helped me in having a great experience. I was nervous, and though I had read and viewed carefully the Soma instructions, I didn´t quite get the technical aspect of it all. She was there, every time I needed.
And all the time I practiced before the review helped me to go deeper into Soma, and that was great too.

I am in the process of completing my level one training to become a Transformational SOMA Breath Coach. So far this experience has been wonderful. From my very first experience with breathwork to this point, many aspects of my life have improved, and i cannot wait to keep learning and share this nurturing process with many others. The learning platform is easy to use, and all of the mentors are wonderful as well. Whether you are looking to start a practice or become educated yourself, i would highly recommend SOMA.

Studying for the Lv1 SOMA Breath Instructor was truly a wonderful experience, of learning, growing and practicing breathwork. I truly enjoyed the very details information, combined with many relevant resources, or videos, links and attachments.
it is a deep transformative and enriching journey, and above all I am grateful for the kind guidance from my instructor David Genecand, his experience, deep Knowledge, and humble approach, made the whole experience much more enjoyable and fun

SOMA Breath offers so much more than "just breathwork". From the very start of my interactions with the team at SOMA Breath, I have been supported and given so much joy and fulfillment. It has been a journey of discovery and I can't wait to see how much more I can learn in this amazing community.
