RYT-200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
This is a beautiful start for anyone looking for a yoga teacher training. I really enjoyed the lovely meditations, yoga sequencing and history of the practice. I also loved learning more about restorative and yin yoga. I am sending a big shout-out to all the amazing mentors- Liz, Molly, Peggy and Sam… you are amazing! Thank you. The opportunity to participate in a yoga teacher training program was a complete surprise, given my career path, and that it taught by such an amazing person who shares so many of my values was an incredible gift. Transformative Yoga Certification: A Journey of Healing and Discovery
I had a wonderful experience with this program. The teachers were compassionate and patient, which was especially helpful as I dealt with anxiety and personal pain. Thanks to their kindness, I successfully achieved my Yoga Certification. The Ball Rolling course was amazing and provided great relief for my plantar fasciitis. The anatomy courses were mind-blowing, teaching me valuable insights about my body and safe movement. Among the favorites were Restorative and Yin, as they allowed me to attain peace of mind and a more relaxed body. Highly recommended! - Simone

I would 1000% recommend this training. It's inclusiveness, focus on accessibility, the faculty... Everything was incredible. I can't wait to review the content over and over again in future. This program solidified my decision to work towards being a specialist yoga instructor or even therapist.
