I am not very techy and only know basics in excel. I purchased the training tracker and had questions. I emailed them and they got back to me fast and made the few edits I was afraid to make. They sent tutorials to help me walk step by step to my questions and answered promptly to all my questions with actual solutions. Easy to work with. Highly recommend. Will use again.

I love it! Simple but very comprehensive! I purchased the modified version of 9-Box Grid. Lots of analysis can be done and I can customize the template as per my management's request. Thank you!

These tools are amazing and exactly what I’ve been looking for!! I’ve been trying to create my own project mgmt files for some time because I’ve never found templates that fit my various needs, were aesthetically pleasing and also user friendly. I’ve found everything I need here, already designed and easily usable!

There is no description stating you have to wait for your template once you've purchased this. When sending enquiries we are asked to refrain from sending anymore advising us that we will receive the template in 15 minutes. I have been waiting well over an hour and still not have received anything. Unlikely to use them again.

Terrible sales process. I am a returning client of theirs after buying their Someka trading journal spreadsheet. I went to the website, talked to the chat rep for quite a while as they didn't understand my requirements. Then, I was made me fill out a job description. A rep reaches out and asks me I have to pay $25 to check if I was a "serious customer" despite having paid $300 for their product already! I get annoyed (rightly so) and get passed to the founder Shane. Shane explains it's refundable so I agree to it and then he says he can't help me. Wasted significant time from my life unecessarily. I've never experienced such horrible, nonchalant customer service

Easy to understand and navigate. Excellent dashboard and results. To the point.

The templates are very advanced, all the data and reports are automated, it eased my work and saved my time. Plus the templates are very professional and the support from the company is always on time. If i had an issue, they answered immediately and resolved it. I highly recommend them.

The Family Tree program is very helpful with establishing my family's heritage. Still reviewing some aspects of the program and may upgrade to the full program in the near future based on my experiences to date. Give it a try!
