I talk with someone Helth psychologist and it’s amazing we talk 45 and it’s help me a lot

What made my experience so good was the easy and open manner my psychologist conducted himself. We were able to establish in the very first session a sense of trust and safety which will build the foundation for a positive, rewarding, respectful and collaborative counselling relationship. My suggestion to anyone hesitant to reach out for help.. give it a go.. it may be the next step to a positive and healthy future.

There was great amount info on each counsellor, sufficient to enable me to make well informed choice on who has the most relevant experience to help me with my dysfunctions.

Also, it was super easy to navigate around and the website, taking one element of stress out healing process :)

Practical involvement in community participation

Remote correspondence is enabled.

Very efficient system! Reminders of meetings and no financial surprises. My therapist is excellent. Delighted with my progress!

Can't fault the actual psychologist.
Easy to find a suitable psych and make a timely appointment. Session went smoothly.

But the admin process is something else altogether. Far too many emails, no option to manage your email preferences in my someone.health account. Only via the link at the bottom of their emails, and even then my settings get ignored and still receive lots of emails requesting reviews on Product Review and Trustpilot. Though I never gave my permission to pass my details on.

Also not happy that the $40 gap payment is deducted from my back account 4 days prior to session, although 48hrs free cancellation policy. I was advised that the $40 would be refunded if cancelled on time. But then it should not be debited until 48 hrs prior. When questioned, I was advised that is their policy and says so on the website.

At least staff respond to emails in timely fashion.

The company is linking those with mental health needs with a practitioner of their choice. Administration however was a challenge initially, and online registering and booking proved a major challenge and frustration. Fine now as l approach my fourth consult. Regards Max

Brilliant service making mental health care affordable and accessible

Iaonna was very patient when the hospital internet dropped out. I feel she actively listens to me and the advice she gives is relevant.

I still prefer the face to face interaction with a therapist , but phone call is convenient specially of you are based in rural NSW .

The experience with the psychologist is very good.
But the customer service could be improved. I communicate with a different person all the time and they do not seem to exchange my information.

I am lucky to be a client of Ariana's. We have an excellent rapport.

It’s easy to use and navigate through the portal. Each health professional has their own custom description and tags, which make it much easier to pin point an appropriate person for particular concerns.

Having the opportunity to do this in my own home at a time that was convenient for me. The psychologist was really great at listening. I felt very comfortable and feel it is all heading in a positive direction.
