I thought ill try somerset grill chips were dry and cooked many times the chicken donner was burnt

Ben was very prompt with advice on sizing and other technical questions prior to purchase. They were also very flexible with delivery dates. All the equipment is extremely sturdy, of excellent quality, and appears that it will last a very long time.

From initial mailshot to delivery the process was seamless. The grill is insane and far better than could have been described or pictured! It’s big, heavy and oozes quality that’s going to last forever. I’m 2/3 cooks in and just can’t wait to fire it up the next time!

Purchasing a Somerset Grill was a pleasure. A most helpful and efficient team. Delivery was a day early and the grill is fantastic. Anyone who loves the experience of outdoor cooking MUST purchase one of these grills. Wonderfully designed and built and great fun to use. I cannot recommend it enough.

The kit is quite technical, but Ben was really helpful in explaining what it was about and how to use it. It is not entirely straightforward to use, you have to learn how best to use it, but once you have, it is very capable.

From beginning to end comms were personal and swift from Ben. Rare these days to get quick responses like this. Product was delivered professionally and on time and is stunning - was lucky to get the corten steel version which really looks superb. Build quality is superb and everything is as per advertising. Love the experience of cooking with wood. A real labour of love. Overall can’t fault anything and they deserve their great rep.

I took the time to go and visit Somerset Grill and met with Ben. He gave a very honest and clear description of the grill and it s pro and cons (very little cons I must add), seeing the way they build them gave me all the trust i needed and rest assured that anything would ever happen they will be there supporting me. He also provided very good hints and their website is full of resources for a BBQ-er like me but very inexperienced when it comes to live wood fire.

Great product and excellent pre and post sales support and advice

Highly recommend the Asado grill. The service from Ben was excellent and the ordering, delivery and set up was smooth and efficient. The grill is built to last and I really like the fact that there are so many options available with the grill (rotisserie, kebab rack, etc.). I have been using it every weekend since purchasing it and it is an extremely fun way to unwind and cook up some feasts. Take the plunge.

Ben from Somerset Grill didn’t really have to do much selling of this great piece of equipment. We are based in Guernsey so we had a video call with Ben to see the grills and opted for the Cor - Ten Grande which has turned out to be the correct choice by ourselves.
From ordering to delivery took around 2 weeks and it couldn’t have been simpler. The grill arrived ready to go and I would recommend the wind breaker if you are in an area like ourselves where there can be a constant breeze.
I couldn’t recommend this company for bough whether it’s for personal use or for a business.
