Have been a client for around two years now and couldn’t enjoy more. Curated, interesting, working well solutions in every box, and these matcha patches, gosh!! Highly recommended

Amazing customer service.

I wasn't completely happy with this month's masks, as none of them were really suited to my skin type. My skin is quite dry and needs plenty of moisture and hydration, so I emailed customer service with my concerns and asked whether the subscription could be tailored more towards different skin types.

They replied promptly and, although they explained it would be difficult to tailor every subscription to individual skincare needs, they really listened to my feedback and took my comments on board. They also understood my concerns about this month's selection and said they would try to include a moisturising or hydrating mask in the subscription each month where possible.

As a lovely gesture, they also sent me some extra masks, which I really appreciated. I had been considering cancelling my subscription, but their excellent customer service and willingness to listen have definitely made a difference.

Thank you for taking the time to listen to my feedback and for going the extra mile. It really is appreciated.

The micro needle patches weren't for me, but, I Love the match me time eye patches!

I absolutely love these masks and eye patchs. You always receive such a great selection. Sometimes ones you have had before, but the majority are new ones. All very gentle on the skin with visible results. You can choose worh plan suits you the best. Highly recommend.

I've been using Songais sheet masks and eye patches for almost a full year now and I love them. They have something for everyone and the staff are absolutely fantastic. I've never ever had a problem with payments, delivery or quality of the masks. It's fantastic knowing that I have the 'me time' at the ems of a busy week to relax and use my sheet masks. They have such a choice that you'll never get bored. Best subscription service ever.

I’ve been really impressed with Sonagi as a skincare subscription service. From the start, everything feels thoughtfully curated rather than random, which makes such a difference compared to other beauty boxes I’ve tried. Packaging and presentation are lovely too, making it feel like a proper treat each time it arrives. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Sonagi to anyone looking to upgrade their skincare routine, try something new, or even find a more meaningful gift.

Lovely experience recieving different facemasks every month. Easy way to take some time for yourself.

There should be an option for different skin types. Both of my subscription boxes were full of masks more suitable for acne prone skin with ingredients that are the opposite of what my dry very sensitive barrier compromised skin needs. I cancelled after two boxes as I can’t use most of them. It’s a shame.

I've had a subscription with Sonagi for 7 months now and look forward to receiving my parcel each month. I absolutely love the variety and thoughtful mix of masks included each time—it’s a great way to discover new favourites without breaking the bank. They send out a card explaining each of the choices with each month box which is a nice touch.

I did unfortunately have an issue where one of my parcels was lost by Royal Mail at a delivery office. However, Sonagi’s response completely exceeded my expectations. I reached out, and Andie got back to me the very same day and immediately arranged for a replacement, which arrived just a couple of days later.

Truly remarkable customer service and a fantastic subscription overall—I couldn’t recommend Sonagi more highly!

Great company, great products. All the sheet masks are top quality and it's great to get a good variety every month. Customer service is first class - I had a problem with Royal Mail saying my parcel had been delivered, but I hadn't received it, sent an email to Customer Services and Andie managed to sort it out for me (Royal Mail's fault!) Would definitely recommend this company

I’ve been having these masks for over a year now, and I still look forward to them arriving each month! Such great value and always a varied selection of masks. I make time once a week to use a mask and it feels like a real treat. Great customer service and I love that you get to review the masks each month.

Loved receiving packages from Sonagi! It was good value for money getting five new and different sheet masks every month. They even include a guide that shows they’ve done research on the masks they curate each month.
