Very professional shop with amazing customer service

Jamais eu de problème les fois où j'ai passé commande. Elles arrivent toujours avec des petits échantillons et ça fait vraiment car cela permet de découvrir des nouveaux produits.
J'espère que dans un futur proche le site proposera encore des nouvelles marques internationales (françaises aussi) pour nous donner à nous les consommateurs beaucoup plus de choix.

Le site internet est très bien fait, très doux à regarder.

Que dire concernant les colis? Ceux-ci sont magnifiquement emballés. Le papier de soie utilisé est superbe ( ma 1ere commande fut en été le papier de soie était avec des citrons et comme j'adore je l'ai gardé). Le colis est vite expédié

Le service client est topissime. Letizia et Sophie, les mains de l'ombre et les créatrices de la boutique sont toujours au taquet pour répondre aux questions.

Le système de points de fidélité mis en place est très bien aussi ( ça faut toujours plaisir d'avoir une petite réduction)

So natural beauty is a Wonderful boutique that offers a great range of beauty products. I have been shopping here for many years and have always had a lovely experience. At the very first I was impressed by the calm and elegant atmosphere of the site; an atmosphere that proved to be genuine and a reflection of the lovely women who run it.

There are so many natural products available here that are chosen with care and excellent taste. Some of these products are very hard to find over here in Europe (so it’s great that they supply them!), while others are real gems that I would otherwise never have known about.
Shipping is fast and efficient and I have never had a problem with it. I can shop here with confidence which is a great relief for me as a customer.

Honestly this shop is a dream come true! I am a very happy customer. So thank you So Natural Beauty!

SoNaturalBeauty is by far the absolute best purveyor of all clean beauty products shipped from within Europe. I have been ordering from them for many years and have never once been disappointed. They have an extensive selection of the best lovingly curated clean beauty brands, many of which are my favorites from North America that I can't find anywhere else but here when I am outside of the US. Extremely fast shipping, great customer service that doesn't miss a beat. This is a company that truly has integrity and customer service at its core. Super happy!

Completely amazed and impressed by this company’s excellent customer service! Also extremely fast shipping! I placed my order while So Natural Beauty was on holiday and when they returned, they shipped my order right away. I reside in New York and my order is already in New York today which is a day after they processed my order. Also, customer service goes above and beyond to answer any questions/concerns that a customer may have. I am so glad I found So Natural Beauty and look forward to purchasing more products from them in the future! ♥️

I cannot put into adequate words how phenomenal this company are.
I ordered at 8.30 am Monday and products arrived at 11.01am Tuesday!!!!
It's as if they were sent before I even ordered.. Staggering !!
The products were wrapped exquisitely and the attention to detail was exceptional.. even a darling little package containing the most beautiful little samples of beauty products as a complimentary gift .

So Natural Beauty should give lessons to other companies on how to operate as they are second to none.

L'ordine è arrivato in pochi giorni, puntuale e integro. Il packaging è davvero eccezionale, il prodotto è ben protetto e l'ordine è personalizzato. Ho infatti ricevuto un carinissimo biglietto scritto a mano, della carta profumata e ben cinque campioncini della stessa marca del prodotto che ho acquistato, e infine un codice sconto per il prossimo acquisto. Mi sembra proprio un'ottima azienda molto fornita, riacquisterò da loro sicuramente.

Première commande passée sur ce site que je viens tout juste de découvrir : Je n'ai pas été déçue, loin de là. Là commande a été préparée avec soin (U vrai régale pour les yeux) et sent divinement bon. J'ai beaucoup apprécié les échantillons et le mot joint au colis.

Bref, je recommande recommande à 100% et compte bien passer de nouvelles commandes ! :)

Site fiable, présentant un choix important de produits bio, même difficilement disponible sur d'autres plateforme. L'envoi est rapide dans un emballage écologique. Avec des échantillons et un mot personnalisé. Service soigné et prix intéressants.

Excellent magasin. C'est clairement mon magasin en ligne préféré : envoi rapide, soigné, préparation des commandes faites avec soin, très bon emballage, échantillons de produits agréables.... Bref, on adore. De plus, on ne trouve que des marques qualitatives sur leur site (sauf les secrets de loly curieusement). ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Recently I messed up an order---or something got mixed up---and my order was being sent to the US.
The order was already shipped when I realized the mistake.
I contacted SNB, thinking that there was little to be done.
With speed and understanding, SNB somehow rerouted my shipment to me---AMAZING.

Thank you SNB for going above and beyond in responding quickly in your emails and figuring out what to do about this hiccup. Appreciate it.

Quel bonheur! Les produits exceptionnels bio qu'on trouve difficilement ou pas du tout en France! Je suis devenue accro à cette boutique et je commande régulièrement, les colis sont préparés avec tant de soin, à chaque fois avec un gentil mot sur l'emballage et les échantillons offerts pour tester les différents produits! Preparation de commande et livraison sont extrêmement rapides. Je recommande à tout le monde sans hésiter 🤩 je ne connais pas les fondatrices de cette boutique mais quelque chose me dit que ce sont des personnes magnifiques lesquelles sont passionnées par leur métier et ça, ça n'a pas de prix ❤ Merci pour votre beau boulot, Anastasia

Ordered a couple of hair products late on a Thursday evening. By Friday morning I got an e-mail saying my order was being handled. Before noon on the same day I got another e-mail, saying the order had been shipped. By Monday morning, the package arrived on my doorstep. Keeping in mind the packages are shipped from Belgium, and I ordered to Northern Scandinavia, the delivery was exceptionally fast. The quality of the customer service was also excellent - they wrote a personal and very kind message on the inside of the box, and added a little gift as well.
Without a doubt the greatest customer service experience I have ever had with an online store! Will definitely order again :)
