I’ve been coaching for 8 years now, and recently the club I work at got a full set of SONR devices for us to use. I’ve been using them for the past 3 months while teaching kids, and can say it’s a revolution for the swimming industry. It makes my job easier and helps the kids understand and improve so much faster. Definitely a great upgrade for the swim world!

My daughter bought a Sonr pro device with her own savings so she could listen to music while she trains for swimming. We have not been able to get it to connect either on Mac or PC, so she has been unable to download any music to it. So for her purposes is useless. I have sent multiple emails to their customer service and not gotten any response. The phone number on their website is never answered. We now have a useless tech gadget that cost her $100. The company clearly does not stand behind their product and does not care about customer service or satisfaction. It seems like people who use it as a coaching device are happy with it, but as a music device it's a clunker. Waste of time and money.
