SL Crystals - Speading love!

I've been shopping with SL Crystals for a little over a year, and I wish I had found them sooner! Love the mix of beads and other items available and the quality and prices are exceptional!

I found SL by accident scrolling through my phone one day because i saw these beautiful beads being scooped into a bowl. With a sweet voice explaining what the items were snd counting the spoons being put into the bowl, and also explaining what the natural crystal was.

There was quite a selections to choose from in natural crystal beads, in color and sizes, lose beads and strand beads. The string and needles are provided for free too! So you have everything needed to make a jewelry piece.

Sl Crystals is my top choice for beads, findings, accessories and anything else needed for jewelry making. They even have bracelet boards, perfect size hook needles, and packaging supplies.

I love SL, her owner, her consultants and her products!

Always such a joyful shopping experience!! Such great quality!

their items are great and good quality have not had issues with packages arriving in a timely manner and well protected. Have ordered for years and will continue.

Love Felicity, wish Travis was back doing the same thing like before! Although sometimes selling lesser quantities is good. I am only one person some people need 300+ of one bead. Thanks for all you do.

Great after service and understanding staff who do their upmost to assist with issues. Products are excellent value and if very high quality.

I put my trust in Sophie to provide quality materials for all my DIY jewelry needs.
It is also nice to be able to shop offline at any time if needed and choose from the wonderful stock Sophie provides.
Prices are fair and I know Sophie only carries quality, authentic crystal stock. Felicity is such an asset as my preferred host of the live shows, and I trust in her knowledge and expertise. If I have any questions, she never hesitates to provide answers or investigate and let me know when she has the answer. Felicity is always such a joy to watch in her live shows, and always has a cheerful, positive attitude. She never fails to show her customers empathy and respect, as well.
I frequently engage with customer service when I have concerns or requests, and I’m always impressed by their quick and friendly responses. I’ve had several special requests and am never disappointed with their service. They are quick to respond to my request with professional and knowledgeable answers. The shipping fees are fair, and the materials are delivered in well packaged and protected boxes. The shipping is fast, and I’ve never had any problems receiving my materials.
Sophie shows her appreciation to her loyal customers by hosting special live shows offering her dedicated customers popular items at low prices. These events are very popular and anticipated by her loyal fans. I highly recommend using SL Crystal for all your crystal needs.

I have been ordering from SLCrystal for more than 2 years. I am a chemist , and a mineralogist. My father owns a jewelry store so high quality crystals are a must. I have had nothing but good experiences with SLCrystal. If I ever ask questions they are answered promptly. They hold my orders when Im not going to be at my residence and their shipping is the best. I have never felt so pleased with a business that has such an amazing customer service department. I often forget what I order and they alway take pictures of my orders and send them to me. I never felt with a business that was that serving and kind to me. The host Felicity has very good knowledge of crystals and she tells you if the crystal contain dyes as in allergic to most dye and that's a huge plus for me. Travis has the kindest soul. He goes to market and he finds all of the goodies that make it possible to make my jewelry needs for the jewelery store. Carl is very awesome because he takes you directly to the market and let's you choose the crystals you need and they are very economical and they put so much into their jobs and serving the customers. I have spoken to the Owner myself and she was amazing. I needed a semi rare crystal and she was traveling and she actually contacted me and told me it was available to me. I was so happy as she understands what it take to need materials for a business, and I have a very high volume business besides teaching at a University. I wish there was a way I could thank each of them. Every one in the business is so kind and helpful and they try their best to help you with all the crystal needs , and most of all each package I have received has always contained a very special gift I was not expecting and I exclusively shop with SLCrystal.

I have been a customer of Sophie and her amazing crew for over 3 or so years now. I have purchased from multiple platforms, and multiple people in the different shops. I have never been unsatisfied with their service or products. I can confidently say that they are the absolut best crystal co.pany that I have done business with. I can also trust them and their service. They have very speedy shipping, phenomenal communication amd they truly do care about their customers. I will be doi g business with them for many years to come! I have referred them to many people, and I will continue to do so with confidence! I absolutely love the different "channels" and the variety of product that they carry. All of my beads, jewelry and crystals have all been phenomenal quality! I love this entire team of people!!!! Don't miss out on all of their greatness!!!
