Scam. They say they offer returns but then they stop responding and their mailbox is full (like the other commenters). The stuff is cheaply made and from China. Even if they did respond to return my items, I would have to ship them to China to return them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They are a complete scam. They say they’re “Toronto-based” yet the items were shipped to me from China and came in Shein packaging. They’re charging hundreds of dollars for “luxury quality items” but it’s so cheap and looks nothing like the items they advertise. They say they offer returns, but i’ve emailed them 4 times now and nobody responds. Now their inbox is full and won’t allow any more messages to be received. Their instagram is gone and they don’t list any other contact options on their website except their mail info email address. I don’t know what to do now except try to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I wish i would have seen these reviews before purchasing.

horrible horrible i’m not one to write reviews but my god i'm so disappointed and mad. i request a refund for my dress that was such poor quality looks like dress is from shein. falsely advertised the reviews on the page was misleading probably AI. Now their email is mysteriously full and i can’t contact them anywhere i'm so disappointed I want my money back don’t know what to do.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. I ordered a dress on Apr 15 using Apply Pay. My old address was still tied to my account and I emailed them right away asking for it to be shipped to my new address. They confirmed right away it wouldn't be a problem.

They never updated the tracker and my delivery date came and went with zero updates. It was still showing the dress was in china, even though the brand explicitly mentions they are toronto based and provide local shipping free.. They then tell me there was a stock issue and it should arrive in a week. Another week passes by and now the tracker is showing it's delivered to NUNAVUT when I live in ONTARIO. They ask me to check and see if it was delivered to my neighbour as if my neighbour lives in NUNAVUT. After many extensive emails going back and forth, I request a refund - a week has gone by with no confirmation of refund. I have sent yet another email and their inbox is mysteriously full. They can't be reached on socials either, even though they're linked on their website. All of this to say DO NOT BUY THIS IS A SCAM AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered a dress and swimsuit from them. The dress was not as advertised, it was clearly a copy of an original design, made and shipped from China, even though they advertise to be Toronto-based. I needed to return the items so because they come from China, they said I can either ship it back for $60-90 or they can return 15% of my purchase and I can keep the items. I have no use for them, I wanted my money back. Now their Instagram page is gone and they haven't replied to my last emails. So I was left hanging, most likely will never see any money from them. They're a scam

Wow I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered.
Their product pages said “30 day hassle free returns” and I have screenshots, when I mentioned this to them after requesting a return they changed their policy LOL. I’ve had 1 dress out of 3 I ordered actually delivered IN SHEIN PACKAGING and then I found the dress on SHEIN for half the price!!! SO annoying. The other 2 dresses they claim have been delivered but I have not received them. The customer service bot they have responding “Eva” doesn’t keep any record of previous conversations so I had to keep repeating my requests for refund, tracking info etc.
I’ve received 1 partial 30% refund for the first dress and they won’t even give me the carriers info to reach out about the non delivery.

I’ve filed a chargeback with my credit card company because it’s ridiculous. Everyone else should do the same!!

Totally misleading calling themselves Soraia Toronto when they’re just dropshipping crap from SHEIN.

The items on their website is not what you get. Cheap quality and completely see through. Beyond disappointed

They failed to mention that in order to return the items for a refund you have to ship them back to China so they tell you it’s more expensive to ship it than your items are worth, but they’ll give you a tiny little portion of your order back as a refund. They are totally non transparent about the return process. Also the quality and shape of the items sucks. Do not buy from this website!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.

The website clearly presents the brand as being based in Toronto, which gives the impression of a local Canadian business, but they are not in Toronto. However, after placing my order, I found out that the items are actually shipped from China, and more importantly, any returns must be sent back to China at the customer’s expense.

This is not made clear in a transparent way before purchasing. If it had been, I would never have ordered.

The quality was mediocre at best, and when I requested a return, I was encouraged multiple times to accept partial refunds instead of returning the items. When I insisted, I was given a return address in China, with shipping costs that can easily exceed the value of the product.

Overall, this feels very misleading. A company presenting itself as “Toronto-based” should not require international returns without clearly highlighting it upfront.

I would not recommend purchasing unless you are 100% sure you will keep the item, because returning it is neither simple nor reasonable.

scam. they claim to be located in toronto but the order arrives from china. Then when I had to return it they siad I had to return it to the international warehouse.... why are you called Soraia TORONTO then? It's clearly someone behind a laptop claiming to run a business with no infrastructure to support it. The dress was poor quality and fit like an XL rather than a M

Absolutely horrible! So not purchase from here. They lost my order and it wont make it on time for a wedding. Its been a month since i ordered. I even offered to pay for expedited shipping!!!

Very poor shipping and customer service. I was promised a free dress and bodysuit after an order mix-up, followed all instructions, but Soraia refused to deliver the dress and kept changing delivery dates. Not reliable — do not order from them.
