I ordered a bag and got 10% off. I did not receive any confirmation email only a text of another number saying thanks for your order and an order number. When I went back on there website after 3 days it said we don’t recognise your oreder number I was charged now I don’t know how to get my money back.

I wish I had read the reviews here before ordering. I had placed an order for 2 bags which I was supposed to receive on the 29th June maybe. I have not received anything after multiple emails to them and there’s NO response from them! So no bags and no money!

Ordered a Longchamp with no indication it was a dupe and not much less than a genuine one. Complained but had to return to China!! Offered 25% discount to keep but surprisingly nothing arrived in my bank and no replies to emails. Don’t order from this company

My wife brought a longchump bag with the advert selling it as longchamp. Only she noticed after a couple of months it is fake

DO NOT ORDER. It’s fake the Longchamp is fake from China. Overcharged. Refusing to give me full refund. I am £54 out of pocket now!

They are selling fakes and then claim that they aren’t misleading as the fakes are inspired by high end models. That is just another name for a fake. They will tie you into a knot with trying to return and cause you a lot of anxiety. Please do yourselves a favour and avoid them. They aren’t based in London. They are still trading, so the best way to get your money back is to contact your bank and claim that you never received your goods. You should receive your refund from the bank and they will sort this horrible company out.
P.s. all the positive reviews here seem to be written by either AI or marketing departments of the brands they copy. Please don’t fall for it.

I ordered a handbag that looked elegant and high-end in the website images. What I received was completely different—cheap-looking and nothing like the photos. I immediately emailed the company to initiate a return.

Key Problems:

The company refused to acknowledge my rights under UK consumer law.
They offered only a 20% partial refund for a misrepresented product.
They claim to be a UK-based brand but expect customers to pay to return faulty goods to China, which is not compliant with their own policies or fair trade practices.
No prepaid return label was offered, despite the product not being as described.
Conclusion:
This company is not based in the UK, does not comply with UK consumer law, and makes returns intentionally difficult and expensive by only accepting them in China. Their customer service avoids accountability and offers “partial refunds” to avoid processing legitimate returns.

Buy at your own risk. I won’t be ordering from them again—and you shouldn’t either.

My bag arrived. Shockingly bad quality. Plastic. Nothing like the pictures on website. Went to return and found out return address was China. This is a total scam do not use.

I saw the good looking site so decide to order leather bags.

I was very excited and looking forward. I paid almost 200 USD for 2 bags . It's a lot of influencer they used for video and said it's London based

The first red flag was when I found out my bag was ship from Shenzgen. It's not London area as I knew and I have been in this Chinese city before.

The second red flag when. I open parcel the smell was terrible and definitely chemical

The third red flag it was different brand called Polene.

At the end one bag was kind of ok. The second bag was terrible terrible Chibese bag from Shenzhen market (cheapest market).

I still waiting for my money back.

It doesn’t even deserve one star! Terrible terrible service. Their T&Cs don’t mean a thing! I wanted to return a bag which was in fact a load of rubbish which on their website site told me they would send a shipping label ( which is what is stated on their Terms). They said there would be no shipping label and that I had to return it to China. They then told me I could have 20% discount if I kept it. That has never materialised! NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

Purchased an Eliza tote. Supposedly leather. When it arrived it was a Polene dupe with ‘Polene’ written on the bag and definitely NOT LEATHER. I have contacted them for a returned but after reading reviews I don’t hold out much hope. Should have read reviews before purchasing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHINESE COMPANY.

They sent the bag. It wasn’t real leather. Terrible quality. I sent it back and they said they would refund me the money but nothing. I had to send it all the way to China (cost me £20) on top of what I paid for the bag. Avoid!!

These people are unethical, fraud, thieves, liars and scammers. They feed their families by scamming people. I rather go to sleep hungry than to know my food is paid for by scamming innocent people who have worked hard for their money.

I paid $140 (CAD) expecting a high quality bag as shown on their website. What I received was a damaged item with no protective packaging and defects. I reached out for a replacement, and after weeks of chasing them via email, they finally agreed to send another. The replacement also arrived damaged. One side bulging, stitching inconsistent, lock buckle not centred, and again, no protective box despite my specific requests.

The bags had a strange chemical smell. For an international order at this price point, the lack of care is unacceptable.

To make things worse, they deleted my honest reviews from their site and blocked me from posting my reviews again, clearly trying to silence customers. Their responses are vague, delayed, and dismissive. I’ve documented everything. As of right now they’ve completely just stopped replying.

They are also not a UK based company as their bags ship from China with a horrible smell. They steal pictures from other sites and send low quality and fake bags.

Save yourself the headache. This company is a dropshipping scam. They do not care about customer satisfaction, only profit.

Total nightmare!
