Had a wonderful stay at Figgy cottage. The owners have quite simply thought of everything - a real home away from home. Fantastic to have a parking space in St.Ives and such a peaceful spot with a lovely comfy bed, whilst being an easy walk into town. Although the weather was pretty awful - it didn't faze our dog or us from enjoying this beautiful part of Cornwall. We hope to return and would use So St Ives again!

We had such and amazing stay at 'Little In Sight'.
We spent 8 nights here for our Honeymoon.

This property did not disappoint.

From the moment we arrived we felt at home,the house was just perfect and was everything we had hoped for and more.

We are no strangers to St Ives and stayed at many different places but this house was up there and would 100% stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Seawater. The house is a very generous size, but warm and cosy too. Lovely personalised touches within the welcome pack, our dog enjoyed all his treats and we didn’t want for anything, Seawater has everything you need. The house is situated in a very quiet area but within minutes of the hustle and bustle of the Harbour. Highly recommend the challenging coastal walk to the Tinners Arms in Zennor and in the other direction the less challenging coastal walk past Carbis Bay to the beautiful quiet Porthkidney Beach - going to The Badger inn afterwards. So St Ives were very easy to book and communicate with, would recommend.

We stayed at Merryn house with lovely sea views and an easy walk down to the beach. The house was very impressive - top class decor and extremely comfortable accommodation. 2 parking spaces was a bonus too. Alan was very helpful and understanding particularly when we had a small problem with the oven which was quickly sorted. Would happily recommend this company .

Beautiful stay at Figgy cottage. We loved its cosy vibes, lovely decor and thoughtful touches. Having outside space was great and rare in st ives! Perfect location too.

We had a lovely stay at The Loft, the house was perfect, in a great location and very clean. A lovely welcome gift was left for our arrival which even included some locally made dog treats for our dog. We would highly recommend staying with So St Ives and we’ve already been looking at their properties for our next break.

This was our second year with So St Ives and was seamless from start to finish. Promptly answered any questions and the house was perfect.

We loved our stay in Sanderling as a family of 4 this August. The cottage is in the perfect location for the beaches and harbour and it has been renovated to a really high standard with everything we could need. The beds were really comfy and the team were quick to reply when we had a question.

This was the second time we booked accommodation through So St Ives. We stayed at the Loft this time and had a fantastic time. It's a beautiful, very tastefully decorated place in the perfect location in St Ives.
Communication with the So St Ives team was very friendly and easy and we felt very welcomed and right at home at our arrival. We hope to be back again soon!

The website gave a very fair description of the property. The booking process was very easy. The communication from the company was perfect. The house turned out to be even better than expected - beautifully decorated, well appointed (particularly the kitchen), and a very lovely place to spend our time.

First time using So St Ives and would definitely use again. They have a lovely range of accommodation on offer and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stones Reef House. So St Ives were excellent with customer communication in a warm and friendly manner. Very happy with their service.

The team at So St Ives are responsive, relatable and really friendly. Too many agency teams are jaded, off the boil but these remain top of their game. I've dealt with a lot of letting agencies in St Ives and I'd recommend these guys as the best.

We are very please to have discovered SoStives after travelling to StIves for many years. Fantastic choice of cottages. We have stayed in Sanderling cottage for the last two years. Beautiful little traditional cottage. Spotlessly clear and perfect location. Communications from SoStives team excellent. By email and text. Always very quick to reply. We have already booked another cottage with them for New year and am sure it won't disappoint.

We had an excellent stay at Sanderling Cottage St Ives through So St Ives. Accommodation was lovely, clean and fresh and high quality. A perfect location to enjoy all that St Ives has to offer. Great communication and checking in/out details. All very good, would recommend.

We recently stayed at Seaglass House. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you could ask for. The sea views are stunning. It's an easy walk down to the main streets and beaches.
Alan and his team were super helpful and responsive. We would definitely book via So St Ives again.

"Cornish Cottage" just opposite the Barbara Hepworth garden, a stone's throw from the harbour and easy walking distance to two major beaches both with great restaurants, is a rare find.

The cottage is beautifully restored and fitted out to a very high standard ; we found the accommodation of the double bed en suite over the kitchen living room suited us very well. I even found a pinging class during our ten day stay and we will certainly be returning.

Stayed in St.Ives for many years and the level of service as well personability from So St Ives was exemplary. Always on hand for the smallest of requests. Property was superb and wouldn't hesitate to book through them again.

Superbly located within easy walking distance to the town, harbour, beaches and train station.
It had everything you needed for a couple and our dog with the bonus of a lovely garden.
The cottage was beautifully decorated and furnished. So St Ives were great and the cottage was very well presented and clean!
The parking bay was a bonus, although very tight at times!!!

Our 3rd time using So St Ives and we don’t look anywhere else for accommodation when coming to St Ives. Beautiful properties, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Only ever had one slight issue once with a tv and someone arrived within minutes to sort it out! Excellent service

Oh so St Ives… what a truely wonderful stay! A home from home feel about it! Beautful interiors and a very comfortable bed for a good nights sleep. No rush for us, slow mornings started with a walk to the bakery to bring back to the cottage to have with a coffee before we headed out for the day to some of Cornwalls best beaches, pub stops and restaurants. We also spent time on the beaches in St Ives with Starla early mornings and evenings, that are literally across the road and then one that dogs can go on all day is a short walking distance which is also stunning. We had a lovely wine bar on our door step as well. If you wish you don’t even have to leave St Ives because all the beaches are stunning and plenty of places to eat. My husband thought the sand was particularly great as it didn’t stick to our fluffy Cockapoo Starla, it just fell off naturally, so not much time on the grooming after beach days, which was every day!
