Wonderful stay at Ocean Scene and would highly recommend for family of 4+. Parking directly in front of the property so your car(s) can enjoy the view too!

Great holiday at Stones Reef
We recently stayed at Stones Reef and hat a really great time. The So St Ives Team was very courteous and supportive with the booking and all questions we had up front. The house was exactly as we expected from the pictures, very nice, well-equipped and clean. We received a warm welcome for us as well as our dog. All in all a fantastic experience, we will be back for sure.

We loved our stay at Blue View. It is a very tastefully appointed apartment, with a fabulous view of Porthminster beach. It's only a short, picturesque walk into the town. The secure parking space is a real bonus. We found it very peaceful & quiet in the evenings and felt fully relaxed by the end of the week.

We have been coming to St Ives for 60 years and have to say dealing with So St Ives for the first time this year has been an absolute doodle. Booking so easy, and Communication good.
The property Ocean Scene was outstanding, beautifully clean and welcoming. The greeting hamper an extra surprise as well as the lovely roses on the table to greet us. Our family of ten had so much room to relax without treading on toes, plenty of room for us all.Views incredible from both the house and the garden terrace which was a real bonus for my daughter and son in law who spent hours chilling with their pooch Furlough when the beach was out of bounds.
Located on the steep Porthmeor Hill was no issue as I simply got dropped off by the Tate , just three minutes away, with the beach gear by one or other of the family and picked up again when returning to the house.
All in all a wonderful stay with our family to celebrate my husband 80th birthday… and he’s still up to an early morning run down the hill along Porthmeor through the town to Porthminster and back in time for breakfast!
Can’t wait to return to this outstanding property and make more happy family memories.

We spent a week at Trenoweth Lodge in Carbis Bay during August. It is wonderful. The property is very spacious and beautifully furnished and decorated to a high standard. Even the diffusers in each room are amazing. The property is so obviously loved by the owners.

The outside space is delightful with a number of areas to sit depending upon the time of day, although it would not be appropriate for anyone with mobility issues. The hot tub was a great hit, especially with my grandchildren.

Access to the beach is via a steep pathway that runs adjacent to the drive. The walk down is easy but its challenging on the way back, but then isn’t everywhere in Carbis Bay?

Booking was easy and efficient. And, as we had only arrived from St Ives where we had spent the previous week, we were allowed to store some of equipment in the garage until 3 pm when we were able to get access to the house.

I will definitely use So Ives to book accommodation in the future and would love to go back the Trenoweth Lodge.

We booked a week at the loft with our 2 teenage boys, we were wowed as soon as we opened the doors, the cottage was modern but retaining the cosy cottage feel. The welcome pack of goodies on our arrival was a fantastic touch. The cottage was so well equipped with items you usually need to purchase such as washing up liquid, sponges, washing detergent, dishwasher tablets. the loft was in a little Court yard with a 2 minute walk to either Porthmeor beach or the town and harbour, you could not ask for a more perfect location. We would 100% recommend the Loft and will hopefully be back again soon!

My husband & I loved our recent stay in Figgy Cottage. Great location, nicely decorated, well equipped and cosy little cottage. Hosts were very welcoming. The only real downside was the parking space is very tight and is heavily dependant on other residents using the other parking spaces to park properly in order to allow access/use.

Meadow corner St Ives
My husband and I, and our dog loved our stay at this perfect little boutique style cottage. Beautiful decor, quality furnishings, comfortable and cosy.
Extra touches to welcome us too, a bottle of local Cornish sparkling wine and Cornish biscuits and milk for our stay were a lovely touch.
we parked the car for the week and had no need to use it again until we left. The cottage is in an excellent location, steps away from the beach, shops, art galleries and restaurants.
Our hosts at Sostives were very quick to respond to any questions we had prior to arrival and offered any assistance we should need during our stay.
We would definitely love to return to St Ives and stay again in meadow corner, and have highly recommended it to our friends and family.

Lovely cottage, everything you need for a short stay and with the added bonus of the garden & outside space (especially if you have a dog) & a car parking space (though a little bit of a squeeze if u have a bigger car).

We had a wonderful stay at the “Seawater” cottage. The cottage was exactly as displayed on the homepage. Besides a welcome package on our arrival also the communication prior to our stay was extraordinary. We can definitely recommend it for a stay in St. Ives!

We have just returned from a wonderful break in St Ives at Ocean View.
The house offered us everything we could ever need and more. As an interior designer I could tell straight away a great deal of time and money has been spent on creating such a wonderful holiday home. Truly a 5 star experience.
There was a gorgeous hamper of goodies left as well for us to enjoy. Such a thoughtful touch. The weather was so kind to us as well to allow us to use the decked dining area at the bottom of the garden and it’s BBQ and watch the sun set over the peninsula.
Will definitely be back to enjoy this incredible home again. Thank you all of the So St Ives team for making us feel so at home.

This is our second time using So St Ives. We stayed for a week in Trenoweth at Carbis Bay. Beautiful house, clean,spacious and with great views. It was a pleasure to use all the facilities. We enjoyed the new hot tub. It’s a short walk of 5 minutes down to Carbis Bay beach. The house is well maintained and up to date. Such a peaceful location and the back gate leads onto the South West coastal path.

We have stayed at Sandy feet for our holidays for 3 years now,
So St Ives have been a fantastic company to book through, really helpful when we needed to change dates and always at the end of the line.
Sandy feet itself is the most home from home cottage, in the centre of St Ives, on a quiet street. The cottage itself is clean, modern and perfect for us.

Thank you for a fabulous stay in a beautiful property. Amazing location to all the local amenities that we could wish for. Loved watching the stunning sunset at Porthmeor within a stone throw away. Bonus was having an allocated car parking space & Norway Stores literally opposite for supplies (including delicious St Ives Bakery goods). Only downside was I hadn’t read that we could access a viewing platform over the beach … & so a great excuse to revisit!! A perfect holiday in all. Highly recommend.

Great location and great property. 2 double rooms with 2 excellent bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen and comfy lounge area. Could not fault property or the management at so St Ives who really look after you to make a pleasant relaxed vacation.

The apartment was amazing. It was the little touches that made all the difference, the fresh flowers, the slippers and the milk! Very much appreciated. The location was superb, just minutes from the town centre and with the view over the beach below. Also benefitted from secure parking! It was spotlessly clean and the bed linen and towels were from The White Company.We could highly recommend it to family and friends.

Fantastic fast efficient, helpful service begining to end. Spotless, beautiful, character property that was well equiped and very comfortable. In a gem of a location steeped in history and a stones throw from all St Ives has to offer (Harbour, Sea, Beaches, Shops, Restaurants/Cafe's/Pubs, Culture & Art Scene, Beautiful Coastal Walks & Train Journeys) whilst the property was still tucked away, just far enough, to escape into your own quite beautiful space at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend this lovely cottage. My husband, self and son age 14yrs had a fantastic time.

We had a great week in this beautiful house, superbly decorated and well equipped. Good location near our favourite beach. A bonus to have parking spaces at the property. Great service from Alan at So St Ives when one of the blinds got stuck. Highly recommend using So St Ives.
