I've been a loyal customer starting from July 2022- present. Up until November 2023, they have been a great company. However, recently, their customer service has taken a dive. My most recent shipment had a broken glass container. I reached out to the customer service email three different times without a response. I have also reached out to them on social media messenger apps twice without a response. In all communication I had my order number and a photo of the broken product. No response has been given with a resolution or any form of communication for that matter. I no longer can recommend them as a reputable company. I hope they turn things around.
