Great service from start to finish sorted my hearing test then advised me on what product was right for my needs very helpful and knowledgeable would highly recommend them

As a client of Sound Advice in King's Lynn for nearly 7 years now I have always found them to be professional, reliable, and friendly. Today's experience via Karen, Gemma, and Suzanne, was no different, and as usual they went above and beyond with audio testing and honest advice to ensure I enjoyed a satisfactory outcome. With wax removal too, as found on previous occasions, they can also be relied upon to be caring and understanding.

Paul ran a number of tests to help me understand why my hearing was impaired. He was patient and explained the outcomes of my tests in terms that I could understand. He was reassuring and I was shocked at the end of my appointment to find that I was not required to pay! I would have happily paid for the peace of mind that I received from my visit. I would highly recommend the Winchester Hearing Centre!

I attended my local branch last week and as usual was greeted with a friendly smile and conversation by Karen, who then showed me in to see Gemma (Her Daughter) who could not have been more helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely happy with the few minor things wrong with my aids. between them they were excellent. The young assistant could not have been better. (sorry forgotten your name already). She Removed a load of wax from my ear and now I can hear really well. Brilliant!

She explained the procedures well and under took everything gently and painlessly.

Gemma, Karen and Suzanne all took time out from their very busy day (they're very good, so very busy) to squeeze me in for an examination of my ears and give me excellent advice in connection with a problem. The appointment was quick and easy to book. The appointment itself was on time and everything about the procedure was explained. It was friendly and I would recommend Sound Advice Hearing Hull.

Even on entering the establishment you have a immediate feeling of quality and professionalism. This continues throughout the whole process including discussion, ear wax removal, hearing test. For me this continued with lots of explanations, choices of aids, fitting, personalisation of the hearing aids together with follow up consultations.
All given with great help, understanding and professionally by Simon the audiologist.
Now I appreciate the increased clarity of my hearing and so pleased my wife badgered me to have a test.

I have been attending this audiology location for several years now, and I always feel very welcome from both the receptionist and the audiologist, Steve, when I visit them. Steve is very capable and helpful when I'm trying to decide on which of the many differing brands and devices are most appropriate for me. He's very patient and knowledgeable when trying to resolve any technical issues, which can get quite complicated in the world of high-tech hearing aid technology. Thanks for your help.

Great service, efficient booking and very helpful advice from test

The staff were friendly and kind. They listened to my concerns about a loss of hearing. They suggested other reasons and paths to go down to help better my hearing when I felt at a loss with it even though my results were in normal range.

Since the appointment of Jess, the service has taken on a new level, no having to drive into Nottingham, she comes to me. She is very enthusiastic, knows her products really well and is extremely pleasing.

Everything is explained to you in terminology that you’ll understand.
Finding out you’re as deaf as a door post is quite scary but these ladies are amazing and will go above and beyond to find solutions that work for you.

I had to purchase a set of new hearing aids a few weeks ago and I saw Jess for the first time. She was absolutely wonderful, extremely thorough and she made me feel at ease immediately.
When they were ready, she brought them to my home and fitted them, there was a small issue with my left aid as regards to the fitting, but it got dealt with at the earliest convenience, again she came to my home and did another impression to confirm everything and sent it immediately to widex for them to remake the left aid for me. I am just awaiting for it to come in. Jess thankfully used my old mould but the new actual behind the ear part of the new aid so everything was absolutely fine.
I would highly recommend this company as their customer service is marvellous.
