WARNING! Avoid this store. I ordered an item, and it wasn't up to the quality I needed, so I asked to return it. I was told "Thank you for your message. Because these items are sold at trade prices, we cannot accept returns." - Yet, the store's own Return process states nothing of the sort, and gives details for returning.

I then pointed out that they have a legal requirement to accept returns under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Following this, they gave me a return address.

I sent the item back by tracked delivery, and I have a photo of the item being delivered by Royal Mail. Yet, the company has still not refunded me, and is refusing to answer my emails.

Judging by the cheap and nasty AI images they use for everything, and from the reluctance to accept a return, I assume this is a drop-shipping type store, who holds no stock and has no real premises. When inspecting the location given on the website and in my email, there's no signage or evidence of their existence, and the only photos on Google Maps for the business are posted by "baoting li", and are photos of another location.

One of their Google reviews states "Bunch of thieves who are operating under different aliases in the UK but are actually based in India. Avoid these scam artists.. AVOID AVOID AVOID"

So I would have to agree.

I'm now claiming my money back via my credit card, having given them ample opportunity to refund me.
