I recently had ear wax removal treatment at Sound House Hearing with Laura, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the moment I walked in, both Laura and Luke were incredibly professional, friendly and welcoming, providing such a high-quality service throughout.

The whole experience was excellent, and everything was explained clearly and professionally. Parking was also really easy, with plenty of spacious parking available on site.

I would highly recommend Sound House Hearing to anyone looking for a professional and friendly service. I’d definitely use them again!

Had appointment for Earwax Removal. Greeted by Laura who was extremely friendly and professional. Talked me through the procedure and showed me the wax build up in both ears. These were dealt with quickly and efficiently. This is a new business starting and deserves to be well supported. I’ve had Earwax Removal by a couple of other places, but this is definitely the one I’ll be going back to.

I recently visited this practice for ear wax removal and my new hearing aids and I have to say I could not be happier with the experience I have had. Laura and Luke the audiologists are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My ear wax was removed swiftly and painlessly, I was shown inside my ear with a high tech camera, various hearing tests and speech tests was carried out and they both helped guide me in choosing the most suitable private hearing aid for my lifestyle and needs. The whole process felt completely tailored to me. I have now been fitted with my new aids and I am hearing so much more clearly now. The practice is modern and clean with free customer parking directly outside the practice. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly for anyone who needs hearing care.
