Ordered a TV during Black Friday and the sales team cancelled delivery 3 times while I waited for several hours each time. They eventually called me to say that it was out of stock. Embarrasing service.

Not at all helpful. Hopeless customer service. This used to be a great place until owners changed. Really pitiful. Not recommended.

Smartphone under guarantee, was not even offered to be repaired, neither at least to buy a new one at a discounted price. Arrogant and stupid customer service people.
