Be careful when ordering from this online shop!

I had to pay more than €37 even though I returned the item in full, unused and in perfect condition. I find it completely unreasonable that a customer ends up paying such a significant amount despite not keeping the product.

In my opinion, this is not a customer-friendly return policy at all, especially for an online shop selling internationally. I regularly shop online and have rarely experienced a return process where you effectively have to pay this much just to return an item.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this online shop and will not be ordering from them again. Customers should definitely be aware of these costs before placing an order.

I have been sending emails for months and they dont answer. Non existent customer service. I dont know whats going on with this brand but it looks super shady.

Do not order here - very unfriendly customer service + you are not able to return sale items (which they do not clearly on their webshop!!!)
They deliver one month later and the products are in very very poor condition.

I bought a black Nangy blazer in March 2025.
The measurements did not match the ones listed online.

I informed customer service about this.

Months of back-and-forth followed.
No solution.

I then opened a case through PayPal.
The shop was forced to accept a return. I sent the blazer back.
UPS tried to deliver the item three times to the address provided by Source Unknown. Three times no one was there.

Now my blazer is somewhere in the US.
Since September.

Money gone, blazer gone. About $275 simply lost.

Not recommended.

Source Unknown has been trending on Instagram and yes, pieces look unique and fashionable. But... Items are clearly made in China in some shop. Sizing if you consult their chart is pretty accurate but again its not your typical Us or European sizing. The quality of items and material and construction are POOR. Its like buying a dupe of the hot right now item EXCEPT you'll be paying a hefty price close to original. Save yourself a headache and buy quality items elsewhere. They truly are Shein level of craftsmanhip.

I wanted to buy the NANGY blazer in another color. However I got surprised by their pricing. In July the blazer was 145$ and now they have raised their price up to 245$

That’s ridiculous! I wish I had bought the blazer before their price going up for almost 70% crazy!

Really poor quality and had a lot of problems with delivery. The leather feels fake and the sizing is so off.

really annoying that they charge you $25 for a return! And it was sent via UPS in a weird way that I had to drive and get it at CVS. Wanted to like it but way too much of a hassle!

Poor quality and sizing is ridiculously small. return is a headache and charge you $25 even if you paid full price and shipping included. I reached out customer service that is useless and not even accommodating. I haven’t used the 15% for first time purchase and still they don’t care. I don’t recommend at all. Another Useless brand.

This brand is not reliable. They don’t respond to emails, delete comments on social network, provide inaccurate product descriptions (e.g. claim 100% cotton for clearly synthetic fabric of the poorest quality). In the end, they do their best to limit the customers opportunity to return the purchase.

No return help.

Ive reached out every day for 2 weeks now on the customer service email and have received nothing back. I reached out on instagram and finally got a response but the returns portal does not work and no one is assisting and i am being ignored.

Never received the item and customer service didn’t reply. Not via email, instagram

I have to give it to a lawyer now and see if there will ever come back to me to refund me the money! Super disappointed

I bought a leather jacket at source unknown I saw on instagram a lot. It was my first purchase and I was a little bit afraid because of the negative comments. But everything went fine. Two weeks after my purchase (ordered pre order) it was send to me. It took one week to arrive at my place in Germany. The jacket was in perfect condition and the leather feels really thick but also soft. I can’t say anything about the return process. I think about the quality some pieces are really good but some are overpriced polyester items.

Poor quality item and really small, I’m attempting to return it but there’s no facility for that (they claim there is, trust me, there isn’t) and they’re simply ignoring all my customer service messages asking how I return my item. Incompetent. .

I know that there are a lot of negative opinions about this e-shop, but I have had positive experiences. My package was shipped DDU (duties and taxes to be paid by the buyer) by mistake. After my e-mail to SU, I received an immediate response with suggestions for solving the problem. When I used the refund option, I received the money before the package even went back to SU.

I bought some items online from this place and the quality of the clothes for the price you pay is terrible. Way too overpriced. Recently found the exact same top i bought at this page for 70$ , in a different webstore for like 20$ , same design , same quality.

Scammers!!! I bought several pieces totalling +- 450 EUR, not only the quality was super poor and the sizes for a 5 year old child

They have never replied to my email regarding return, never sent me DHL shipment documentation, they simply deleted my account, so that I can not make a return anymore.

In addition to that they by mistake sent it without duties paid and never compensated me for that

Received items but they are from random brands. The quality is really poor. They basically just drop ship from various manufacturers in Asia. Very unfortunate. The return website is also not working.
