Was skeptical at first due to the website, but you don’t need a pretty site for this amazing service!! Worked with Cipriano to order my package to the provided address and then figure out shipping fees afterward which shipping plus his fee was surprisingly low compared to what I’ve spent shipping internationally before. I wish the shipping process was smoother but that is 10000% on USPS’s fault not to Cipriano’s end at all. He was very responsive and attentive with my million questions, and even reached out to Italia poste for me. Would recommend over and over again. Sourcing Italy is the way to go!!

Hi there, I gotta admit I was really suspicious because their website does not look really trustworthy, but I decided to give a shot and what shall I say: IT ACTUALLY WORKED! :D I have ordered something from Vinted italy and they do not have the option for international shipping, so I gave the seller the address from sourcing italy and they forwarded it to me in Germany. Thank you so much! I can highly recommend this service!!!

I am based in the UK and wanted to buy some items from Vinted in Europe. They don't ship to the UK so I looked online for a parcel-forwarding company. I have used one before and they are somewhat impersonal and there's always a worry with multiple parcels that some may get lost. I found Cipriano's website "Sourcing Italy" and felt that would be a better fit. Indeed it was! He made ordering 10 parcels from 3 different countries so easy. His service is very efficient and as soon as he had received all my parcels they were shipped by UPS the very next day and arrived extremely well packaged within a few working days! Won't recommend this company. Was looking for a forwarder. Worked with them last year, even last year they rounded amounts, yelled that he couldn't find documents (then he suddenly found, which were inside the box) so I thought it will be better and he said this year he will work again. This year when I shipped parcels and Cipriano said it's a "wasting of time", don't send to them and threatened to DESTROY all the goods. Not mentioning he increased prices 30% and never told before. Imagine you buy lots of stuff and he is saying he will DESTROY it just because it takes space (which you are paying for) or his effort. I never saw service as bad as this. And I had to look for another forwarder urgently and when I found and sent them parcels, post was already Christmas overloaded, they are still not delivered. Lots of sales were lost because of him, his childish behavior and hysteria. Extremely unprofessional.
